Alec Hardy must leave for the weekend to try and get answers in the case of two young girls in his old town. In doing so he must leave Claire Ripley behind at home in Broadchurch. CLAIRE/ALEC Pairing

During one of his walks on the beach, Reverend Paul Coates finds a girl, unconcious and beaten up. He had never seen her before, where did she come from? What was she doing there on the beach? And most importantly, who hurt her? Alec Hardy and Ellie Miller take on the case together, and find out that there's a connection with the Sandbrook case from Hardy's past.

Twenty-five years after the death of Danny Latimer, Fred Miller is curious about his family's past. That means visiting Broadchurch, a town which has cast a long shadow over his life. Parts ways with canon after the first series.

Two years after Danny's death, life is slowly getting back to normal in Broadchurch. But Hardy's happy life is about to be turned upside down by a spectre from the past he had hoped had been laid to rest. Someone from his past wants to talk to him, someone wants revenge, someone wants to see him ruined. But it's not one 'someone'. But first, he must face the girl in his garden.

Alec Hardy meets Tiffany Specter, a beautiful Irish woman whom he falls hard for. Tough roads are ahead of them as they face their pasts that they rather forget.

It is Christmastime at Broadchurch PD, but someone is acting like a Grinch.

Through a secret found out, Danny finds himself with a bruise on his cheek and a fear for his dad. The young boy feels betrayed and alone until Joe Miller helps him heal his wound. Danny starts to think of Joe as a father figure but Joe's mind starts to turn into a mess of feelings and confusion. From the day Danny is hit to the day Danny dies.

Prescriptions require visiting a doctor. And a chemist. Hardy isn't about to do either in Broadchurch (he'd be put on medical leave, unable to work the case). So, he periodically drives all the way out to Dr. Baxter's office to, ehm, politely ask (really, beg) for more of the little white pills that are keeping him alive.

Ellie's nightmare truly begins when Danny Latimer's killer is caught.
