Journal Entry No. 002
Another week has come and gone ever since I have arrived in this dimension and in the time I've been here I've learned, for a lack of a better word, a few things. The most prominent thing being that magic exist, though I had some suspicions about it back home this is the first time I've actually seen it in action.
The second thing I've noticed, and confirmed after a few weeks of being here, was that Humans don't exist except in stories. This thankfully provides me with an explanation as to how I became some sort of girly cartoon horse like creature, a new universe would have new rules.
Moving on… this change in universal rules combined with my own unique nature must have resulted in my form changing, how I have no idea. I can only hope that this isn't permanent change for when I finally find a way home… assuming that I either can or want to that is.
Anyways, I could go on and on about the various changes between my home dimension and this one but that would defeat the purpose of this journal. The most important thing I've noticed since arriving here is a change in my powers, and it's this change that I'm worried about.
Apparently the form I've changed into seems to have some natural magic for some reason, and though I've seen others using active magic my kind can only use it passively. This wouldn't be a problem normally, however… I had my own powers before coming here and when I was changed the magic seemed to wrap around them in some sort of blanket, or balloon possibly.
Combine this fact with the information that my other powers would begin to build up eventually and go out of control and I'm in a dangerous situation. This in turn means that I either have to find out of the way area's to expel large amounts of energy regularly and risk attracting the attention of the ruler of this world, or find other ways to use them that won't attract attention.
Alright I'm getting off point, from what I've observed so far the main species in this world appears to be ponies, believe it or not, though that doesn't mean they're alone it's just that they're the dominant species on the planet. From what I've seen there appears to be four main groups of ponies, not counting hybrids, I for one am considered an Earth Pony which seem to have more passive magic than the other kinds and are physically the strongest of them.
Next up would be the Pegasus Pony, they are the one's who seem to be in control of the local weather such as clearing the skies or bringing the rain, they are also the fastest of the three species if what I've seen is any example. This brings us up to the third kind of pony, also known as a Unicorn Pony who seem to be the best example of active magic using it to levitate objects, create light, or any numerous things that one can think of and are the most creative of the lot.
Finally we have the the last kind of pony known simply as an Alicorn Pony, from what I can tell they are incredibly rare to the point that there is only three known Alicorns in existence right now and all are in some shape or form royalty, even if one of them is banished right now. Anyways from what I can tell an Alicorn seems to be a mixture of all three ponies with all their magic's, of course they are also the strongest in term's of magic as a result and either can move celestial bodies on their own or seem to be embodiments of conceptual thoughts such as love.
I've gotten off track again, by now it's been at least three months since I arrived and since Clockwork hasn't arrived I can either assume that I'm needed here for some reason, or he's having trouble somehow locating me. Personally I really hope it's more of the former and not the latter, if something is messing with him than I do not want to be in the same dimension as it, if only as a matter of self preservation thanky you very much.
Anyways, in my time here I've done a few odd job's in the town's I visited in order to earn enough of the local currency, bits as their called, to buy enough food to survive before I eventually ended up at a small town known as Ponyville. Despite it's very unoriginal name the town itself doesn't seem that bad and is on the edge of a forest the locals call Everfree Forest, the locals themselves seem to be very friendly as well.
As luck would have it though my arrival was conveniently timed with a delivery at the local museum of various magical artifacts. Over the week I witnessed a case of bad luck washing over the town and wouldn't you know it I was somehow almost chased out of town with actual pitchforks and torches.
It was only after one wacky chase around the town and going through various buildings only to exit another on the other side of the street that I ended up in the museum where I could practically feel the dark magic radiating off of one of the artifacts. Despite a close call with a pegasus by the name of Rainbow Dash almost taking my head off with one of her crash landings, we were rather close to a weapons display at the time for some reason, I managed to come in contact with said artifact.
Now that I think of it my own unique status might have played a part in it for once in contact with said artifact a shockwave seemed to spread out in all directions curing everyone's case of very bad luck. One apology party for almost chasing me out via angry mob later and I somehow became a resident of the town, as for the how I'm still trying to work that out myself.
Of course in the following year and a half I've been here I somehow came into contact with even more dark magic that I somehow had a hand, err hoof, in stopping before thing's got to bad. At this point in time I'm seriously contemplating if the entire town has a curse on it or just me, it's the only explanation I can think of for the amount of artifacts infected with dark magic that arrive here on an almost weekly basis, probably a combination if I'm being truthful about it.
As it stands I'm now the goto pony for any strange and/or unusual situations that the residents encounter, no joke the mayor herself actually gave me a license and everything for it. I currently have it framed and stuck up on an out-of-the-way shelf in my own little house/detective agency/ private museum of dark magics.
That reminds me, it might be a good idea to check out my basement/private museum of dark magics to make sure everything is alright down there, one never knows how the affect of one dark artifact on another. I might as well do a sweep of my town as well to prevent any accidents from happening, Clockwork knows that something will at some point.

"Huh… Mare in the Moon… why does that give me a bad feeling?"
Glancing up from his book the ice-blue eyed pony seemed to glance around the room he was in that was filled with books, almost as if he was half expecting a response or something. With a shake of his head said pony flipped his raven-black mane away from his eyes before finally standing up and stretching.
Soon after placing said book back the pony in question started to get himself ready for the day and whatever challenges he may face. Soon enough he had slugged his saddlebag on his back and a cup of cocoa in hoof before simply walking out of his front door to look at the town.
One sip of his drink and the pony was soon off, offering greetings to those few who were already up while on his way. He always did enjoy those scarce few minutes in the morning where nothing truly happened and he could relax to the sweet sounds of-"KA-BOOOOM!"-the early dawn.
Seems like he spoke so soon, with a weary sigh he downed the rest of his drink before breaking out in a dash towards the source of this day's irritation. On the way he could make out the startled sounds of other ponies who were rudely awoken, a few even poked their heads out of their windows in shock, only to calm down upon seeing him rush by.
One minute later and he was letting out a sigh upon arriving at the museum, he lived nearby as a precaution, before clearing the step's and doors with one leap. Soon enough he landed with ease before skidding to a stop right next to the mayor and what appeared to be a few Ponies were both sheepish and bewildered as they helplessly floated in the air around one of the displays.
"Did none of you ponies read the pamphlet saying how the artifact reacted badly to magic? As for you Strange-Hoove dear, there's nothing to really worry about right now, I was just overseeing some artifacts being transferred to a more secure wing until the Summer Sun Celebration is over with."
It really said something that the mayor was capable of ranting at the helpless ponies before turning slightly to address him with ease. It also said something that nopony was batting an eye at the fact that he was grabbing what appeared to be a giant butterfly net that was big enough to catch other ponies in from his saddlebag.
"Right… thanks for the head's up Ms. Flutter… I'll plan on doing a quick sweep of Ponyville later when this mess is taken care of."
With a nod the mayor simply turned around and proceeded to start and direct the other ponies that were helping her while Strange-Hoove proceeded to try and catch those that were floating with semi-strange ease. All in all the he was treated to a regular day of nothing really unusual happening, just ignore the random floating ponies, the reanimated fossils, and unexpected demon invasion, yep just a regular average day in his life.

It was a little after noon when the ponies at the museum managed to finally secure all the artifacts in a place where they, hopefully, wouldn't interfere with the festivities Just to be sure he had gone over the wing twice with a fine tooth and comb, before finally departing to grab a bite to eat.
It was after he gotten his food, after reassuring several ponies that everything was fine and that no the undead weren't going to suddenly turn up or something, the he caught sight of something unusual. "Huh… not everyday one spot's a carriage from Canterlot… Celestia must have sent someone to oversee the festival or something."
With a shrug he proceeded to turn away and get started on his initial sweep of the town with the second place that spawns many of the mishaps he has to solve, the antique shop. He only spared a second glance upon seeing Pinky Pie walking towards the new arrivals before shrugging and going on his way.
Que one fight with a possessed chamber pot, he so did not want to think of how that happened, and he was on his way. Besides stopping to lend a hoof to those in need to help to set up the festivities the day was relatively calm with no anomalies, which in itself is an anomaly.
Right as the thought entered his mind he stopped mid stepped and instantly started to tap his hoof to his chin in thought. "A calm day… I never have a calm day since arriving in Ponyville unless something big was going to happen soon."
Five seconds later he suddenly felt something impact him in the side, though it wasn't enough to push him over he did hear a startled grunt, along with a startled yelp as well. It only took him a moment to recognize that this wasn't anypony he knew, which instantly dashed the possibility of being a resident of Ponyville, at least until he remembered the spectacle earlier today.
"Ah yes… you must be the overseer for the Summer Sun Celebration I assume, so who exactly are you and your companion anyways?"
Glancing at the unique pair he took a slight moment to recognize both the unicorn's and baby dragon's aura in case he needed to find them later. Though he was intrigued by the baby dragon that was with the female unicorn, after all it wasn't every day that one actually met a dragon.

Twilight Sparkle was normally an observative pony, in fact she prided herself with being observant for it helped in her studies quite a bit. Though in case of recent circumstances she was rather distracted with her recent escape from a fashion crazy Unicorn Pony who almost choked all the air out of her lungs.
So it was probably a combination from a lack of air to her brain and possibly being distracted by Spike, she would never blame him for he was still a baby himself, who was still lovesick by the sight of Rarity that led her into walking into somepony. Walking unexpected into a wall of creamy brown fur was rather startling enough that she couldn't help but grunt, and the sudden stop just so happened to unbalanced Spike from her back causing him to to yelp as he fell off.
Looking towards whoever she had run into Twilight was about to apologise to them before suddenly finding herself caught in the unexpected icy-blue eyes of the pony. For a moment, she was memorized by the sight of the two icy orbs which seemed to be holding back some sort of otherworldly power before finally hearing the pony's voice.
"Ah yes… you must be the overseer for the Summer Sun Celebration I assume, so who exactly are you and your companion anyways?"
Shaking out of her stupor, what the hay just happened to her, she gave the pony a brief look over before glancing at Spike to make sure he was alright. "Ye, yeah… my name is Twilight Sparkle and this my assistant Spike and how did you know I was sent to oversee the celebration Mr?"
Leaving her question hanging the unicorn couldn't help but feel her heart flutter upon hearing the unknown Earth Pony chuckle, seriously why did she suddenly feel so shy?
"It's not everyday that a new pony arrives from Canterlot, especially on the eve of a celebration such as this one Ms. Sparkle… as for me, my name is Danny Strange-Hoove."
For a moment Twilight couldn't help but stare unblinkingly at the pony in front of her as their highly strange name, who named their children Danny of all things, washed over her. Thankfully her faithful dragon companion was able to overcome his own state easily enough to ask the question on her mind.
"Danny Strange-Hoove…"
Danny, still trying to wrap her head around the strange name, once more chuckled as he stood up and looked at the dragon himself. "Yeah, I know how strange my name is around here but I'm not exactly a native of Equestria so don't worry about it."
Finally Twilight's brain managed to reboot from it's confused state as the male ponies statement registered in her mind. "Wait… you weren't born in Equestria?"
"Nyep, I was actually trying to visit a friend of mine before I got caught up in some sort of portal mishap that dumped me about two days walk from Manehattan. While I've seen cities before I've haven't seen anything like there, never even heard of the place before let alone Equestria."
"Eventually I made my way here with barely any bit's to my name and after a mishap that I would rather not speak about I somehow became Ponyville's resident PI for unusual happenings. It hasn't been so bad, made a few friends and got caught up in few mishaps every now and then, but for the most part it's not a bad place."
Twilight nodded as she watched the pony in front of her momentarily descend into mumbling while rubbing the back of his head with his hoof, almost as if he was experiencing a particularly bad memory. For a moment though the mare couldn't help but believe the air around them just so happened to drop a few degrees as if in response to this particular ponies mood.
"Um… what do you mean by unusual happenings?"
The unicorn glanced briefly at Spike as he hopped onto her back before looking back at the Earth Pony also interested in his answer. She also couldn't help but feel nervous once more, what was with this one pony with making her feel so nervous about him, it was almost like she was a young filly again.
"Well… Ponyville is a highly unusual as it's in a high magic area, from time to time though that magic tends to collect ether in certain locations or objects. Due to the fact the magic is unfocused anything is possible and this tends to result in unusual and often chaotic happenings that nopony truly know how to deal with, and that's where I come in."
"Due to my unusually high magical resistance I'm the best option for dealing with this, Wild Magic, and often see things that leaves one scratching their head in confusion. As for the effect's of this Wild Magic… I once had to deal with a sentient shovel that wanted to sing show tunes, a giant mutant worm that almost ate Sweet Apple Acres whole, and there was that one memorable time I had to pull a young pony's head out of an interdimensional portal that formed in a toilet of all things."
For a moment Twilight could practically feel her mind shut down upon hearing this absurdity as she failed to come up with a reasonable explanation for this. She was only preferably aware of what sounded like a distant explosion which resulted in the pony in front of her glancing irritably in the general direction it came from.
It was only after she nodded numbly as the pony offered her a goodbye that she finally managed to snap by to reality and offer her own goodbye to them.
"Well… that was certainly… something?"
Glancing for a moment at Spike she could only nod while watching Danny Strange-Hoove, a strangely appropriate name for such a strange pony, trot off into the distance. "Agreed my dear Spike, agreed… what exactly suppose to be doing now?"
The young dragon simply glanced at his companion for a moment before shrugging and picking up his list. "According to this were suppose to look at the music for the Festival."

For a moment, just one signal moment, Danny wished that he could potentially be anywhere else instead of the Summer Sun Festival. It had nothing to do with not wanting to see it, in fact this was the first time he would actually see Celestia and watch her raise the sun, but everything to do with the fact that he had been roped into standing on the same stage as the princess and having to pull the rope that moved the curtains to unveil her.
He was still trying to wrap his head around the fact that he had been selected for this duty when he thought Rarity would be the one doing it. Mentally shaking his head to banish the thought he glanced down at the crowd to mentally count the number of ponies in the crowd, all the while he was keeping an eye out for anything unusual.
"Huh… that actually might be the reason I was selected to do this now that I think of it."
"Fillies and gentlecolts, as mayor of Ponyville, it is my great pleasure to announce the beginning of the Summer Sun Celebration."
Glancing down Danny could just make out the sight of the mayor as she began her speech to the ponies of Ponyville. Looking back up at the crowd he couldn't help but smirk slightly as he made out the sight of a few ponies looking at him in bewilderment, as if they didn't expect him to be pulling the curtains.
"In just a few moments our town will witness the magic of the sunrise, and celebrate this, the longest day of the year. And now, it is my great honor to introduce to you the ruler of our land, the very pony who gives us the sun and the moon each and every day, the good, the wise, the bringer of harmony to all of Equestria-"
As he was getting ready to pull the rope he couldn't help but catch sight of the two newest faces, and despite the rope in his mouth he couldn't help but frown upon seeing Twilight's downcast face. Following her gaze was the only reason he could make out four stars disappearing behind the moon and consequently catching sight of marking on the moon disappearing.
"Princess Celestia!"
Suddenly having a sinking feeling in his gut Danny pulled the rope and was only half surprise to see that nopony was behind the curtains. Raising an eyebrow he glanced around the alcove he was in while mentally getting himself ready for whatever was going to happen.
"Remain calm, everypony. There must be a reasonable explanation."
Shaking his head Danny glanced over the railing to look down at the mayor who was looking up at him desperately, only to deflate as he spoke. "She's not here."
He could just make out the sight of Twilight looking at the balcony worriedly before turning around as he sensed a large amount of magic gathering behind him. It only took him a few seconds to realize that something bad was going to happen to him as he witnessed the smoke, strangely it reminded him of the night sky he was always interested in, starting to gather practically on top of him.
Call it his usual brand of luck but he was still surprised when he was suddenly sent flying off the balcony and high enough into the open air above the crowd that he could touch the ceiling. Hearing the few startled screams of ponies he easily twisted himself to prepare for a rough landing before feeling magic as somepony caught them in a telekinetic grip and bring him back downwards, towards the newly appeared Alicorn that was standing where he once was, great.
It took him barely half a second between their amused look and the magic aura around their horn that said Alicorn was the one levitating him before they turned their attention to the crowd that was staring at her in shock. With the fact that she was still levitating him he let out a small huff of irritation and mentally prepared himself for the standard evil speech that most supervillains seemed to give for some reason he could never understand.
"Oh, my beloved subjects. It's been so long since I've seen your precious little sun-loving faces."
"What did you do with our Princess?" Glancing over at Rainbow Dash, Danny couldn't help but give her props as most ponies seemed to terrified to speak right now.
He then glanced back at the Alicorn that was holding him hostage right now as she began to chuckle in amusement.
"Why, am I not royal enough for you? Don't you know who I am?"
"You're the legendary Mare in the Moon known in legends as Nightmare Moon, the second princess of Equestria, and your goal is create an everlasting night."
He could definitely make out the amusement of the Alicorn holding him as she brought him slightly closer for whatever reason while the rest of the crowd gasped in shock. Though the fact was debatable that they were gasping in shock out of fear of Nightmare or the fact that he wasn't even the slightest bit scared.
"How amusing that a simple Earth Pony would know who I am, and just who might you be?"
Danny was close enough to Nightmare Moon that he could make out her slit eyes and sharpened teeth but he wasn't the slightest scared of her. As such he looked at her directly in the eyes and without a signal bit of fear he held out a hoof and spoke.
"Names Danny Strange-Hoove, resident Private Investigator of this here town who tends to deal with anything from the random gatherings of magic, to finding lost items or ponies, to dealing with old magical artifacts that's on the loose, and local Dark Magic expert your highness."
If only he had a camera to catch the faces of all the ponies as the looked at him in she bafflement at what he was doing, it was rather amusing. It was even more amusing when the dark princess simply laughed before reaching up and shaking hooves with him, the amusement clear in her eyes as she spoke.
"Well, well it appears that there's somepony here that has proper manners, well met Sir Strange-Hoof… thou are amusing mortal."
Danny couldn't help but smirk internally as the audience was kept off guard at this strange turn of events, he could even make out Twilight's brain having a meltdown. Call it petite amusement but he wanted to see how long it would take for somepony to come out of their shellshocked state.
"Yes well, this isn't my first time in the presence of royalty, nor is it being in front of one whose power far outstrips oneself to the point they can be called a god."
Oh look, he could actually see Nightmare Moon's eyebrow raise slightly in honest confusion as they seemed to focus in just that much more on him. He could only watch as the Alicorn scrunched her eyebrows in honest confusion while staring at him intently, only to rear back in shock a few seconds later.
"Impossible… thou has the taint from a realm beyond our own… Grah!"
Danny could only let out a startled yelp as he was sent flying far away from the dark princess and practically thrown threw a window faster than most could blink. Soon enough the magic holding him began to fade and he found his abrupt travel suddenly stopped by a particularly dense tree in what he could only assume is Sweet Apple Acres.
Shaking his head to clear the fuzziness that has just developed, and yep he think he might of broken a bone or something, Danny spoke. "Whoa… wonder what got her armour in a twist."
A quick look around to make sure he was correct about the location and the pony began his slow trot back towards his home. Say what you will but even he wasn't going to be dumb enough to rush into a fight without being rested and it would only take at most two hours for him to be better anyways.

Twilight Sparkle looked around at the partying ponies of Ponyville as they partied about Princess Luna's return in amusement. She herself was quite happy now that she was going to be staying in Ponyville for the foreseeable future, at the moment though she couldn't but feel that something was off.
Her thoughts were suddenly interrupted as screams suddenly split the air causing her to whip around in shock, only for her brain to momentarily freeze. It would appear that the reason for the screams was non other than the fact that there was what appeared to be an oozing puddle of mud at the concession stand, the currently floating concession stand.
If that wasn't shocking enough the food itself was also floating around in the air alongside what appeared to be balls of mud and a few very startled ponies, though now that she took note a few of them were resigned about their current predicament. She could even make out the sight of Pinky Pie floating upside down and trying her best to swim through the air with little to no control over her current flight path.
"Oh my, this is certainly an unexpected turn of events."
Turning around Twilight was shocked to see that even Princess Celestia was currently floating around haphazardly with a look of amusement on her face. If that wasn't enough she let out a yelp upon suddenly finding herself floating up into the air as if gravity suddenly had no true effect on her as she flipped end over end until she was caught in the sun princesses telekinetic grasp.
"Whats going on and why is everypony suddenly floating around in the air?"
It took a moment for the unicorn to get enough of a hold on herself that she wouldn't destabilized herself once more before looking at her teacher in hope that the Alicorn would know, only to suddenly see the mayor of Ponyville float on by with a resigned expression on her face as she spoke. "I'm terribly sorry for this unexpected turn of events Princess, but it appears as if one of the artifacts is suffering a relapse once again."
Looking at the mayor Twilight could make out the sight of her signaling another pony who was still on the ground, the question being for how long, before said pony took off down the street while doing their best to avoid everything. She could also make out the sight of a bewildered Princess Luna floating sideways threw one of the many streets trying to, and failing horribly, to flap her wings in an attempt to control herself.
"I was unaware that the museum had any artifacts that could levitate an entire town madam Mayor, though I will admit this is quite unexpected."
Celestia spoke as she floated slightly towards the sentient mud monster, how did she manage to forget that thing, with a look of concentration on her face. Now that she was looking though the unicorn could make out the sight of the princess' horn glowing as she used her magic to try and understand what was going on.
"Yes well… normally we don't but I fear that an artifact might have come in contact with another one which is causing this unusual phenomenon. Not to worry though I just sent somepony to try and fetch Mr. Strange-Hoove, he should be capable of sorting this mess out like all the other times."
It took Twilight a moment to place the name to the pony's face before she suddenly remembered what happened. "Um… is Danny the pony that was sent flying out the window a few hours ago?"
A silence fell upon the floating ponies as they looked at Twilight like she had grown a second head, even Celestia was looking at her in honest confusion, before she realized the problem. "Uh… Mr. Strange-Hoove's first name is Danny… seriously he's been here for how long and none of you know his first name?"
For a moment the unicorn was completely baffled by the startled look on the other ponies faces before the information seemed to click in their minds. When it finally did though there was screams of surprise from practically everypony there including the sentient mud thing, seriously how did she forget about that thing again?
Said screams were suddenly halted though when a clear calm voice cut through the crowd like a hot knife through butter.
"Seriously, I take a two hour nap to recover from being hurled out of a building and crashing into a tree only to be woken up, quite rudely mind you, to banging on my roof from a floating Unicorn throwing rocks at it of all things."
As one everypony looked at the source of the noise to find none-other than Danny Strange-Hoove standing on the ground looking up at them. With a semi-bored look on his face the Earth Pony seemed to reach into the saddle-bag he had on them and pulled out, was that a giant butterfly net big enough to catch a pony in?
Twilight could only look on in complete bafflement as said pony started going about attempting to capture the floating citizens of Ponyville with an ease saying he had done this before. Though for a moment she did see him stop to look at something with what she could only claim was a strangled look.
"Seriously… I'm not even going to ask about the sentient mud monster."
Startled the unicorn looked at said sentient mud monster once more, seriously how did she forget about such a thing for a third time in a row, before letting out a small whine. Glancing over at her teacher she could just make out the rather amused look on said Alicorns face as she let out a chuckle.
"I see that your time in Ponyville will, without a doubt, be an interesting one my student, but I do admit I'm confused… what's with the sentient mud monster?"
Startled Twilight turned her head to look at the floating sentient mud monster as it seemed to be trying to consume some of the floating snacks around it. Already she could feel a building migraine and momentarily wondered if it was too late to reconsider staying in Ponyville even as she caught sight of a sentient mud monster floating nearby.

crai22: (Shakes his head while letting out a sigh) Discord... the reason Nightmare Moon tossed Danny out of the window is relatively simple, she's an immortal-
Discord: What does that have to do with it? (Randomly ducks flaming chainsaw tossed at him)
crai22: (Eye twitches) If you have let me continue, instead of rudely interrupting me, you would've found out that due to the fact that Nightmare Moon is an immortal she is highly afraid of death. The same thing can be said about Celestia, Sonbra, yourself Discord, and just about any other immortal being, at least that's what's going on in this story at least.
Discord: Ah, that makes sense, as an immortal being that is unable to die death is a foreign concept that to us immortals to the point that were horribly scared of it... why would we be scared of this Danny Strange-Hoove though?
crai22: Ugh... this story is a crossover of Danny Phantom and My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic, Danny Strange-Hoove is actually Danny Fenton/Phantom who's been sent to Equestria for reasons unknown, something that you would have no doubt figured out if you read the journal entry in the beginning of this story Discord. As for why he hasn't been discovered, his halfa nature is technically hidden due to his own Earth Pony magic which masks the ectoplasmic ghost core inside his body, and before you ask the only reason Nightmare Moon was able find it was because she was actually looking for anything strange in him.
While most magic would just register him as having an anomaly that most would simply ignore as his own uniquely high magical resistance, and on most scans it would register as the cause, Nightmare Moon went deeper than most in investigating this anomaly. That is the only reason she managed to realize what he was, and due to the fact that she was hit by the Elements of Harmony I'm technically having her gain partial amnesia in this story due to plot reasons, though that doesn't mean the other's won't see his Alicorn form.
Discord: Huh... and what, prey tell, is going to happen in the future?
crai22: This note is getting quite long, anyways, the plot isn't quite that clear yet but I do have a rough idea, one of them is that at some point romours of an unknown male Alicorn would start to pop up and the Main Six would certainly catch sight of said unknown Alicorn, even interacting with them at several points. Though at the same time none of them would make the connection that Danny is the mysterious Alicorn, though they might have suspicions at some point, at least until I made a small run-in with Clestia and Luna where the two instantly realize that he's technically dead.
Due to the fact that halfa's are technically an impossibility no one will be capable of making the connect, though you would end up getting in a fight with him at some point and end up discovering his secret moments before your resealed.
Discord: Awww... still that's something, anything else?
crai22: Yeah, one thing I planned on happening was that while he can transform into his ghost form with ease, turning back is rather hard to the point that it tends to cause him pain. I actually wanted that as a plot point where the ponies make him take some time off due to the fact that his last case had him turning back and forth quite a lot, only to fail miserably and he comes back from said vacation to fix everything.
As for the reveal... well, since he wouldn't be in every episode we can technically get to your return much faster where you would basically force him to transform in front of the entire population of Ponyville after err... I'm not going to continue in case there are people out there who don't know about your eventual return.
Discord: Fair enough, now what am I going to... what is that?
Miota: This is something that crai22 sent me to get from Dexter's Laboratory, Dex calls it... Draconequus repellent, you see what were getting at Discord?
crai22: Thank you Miota, I could literally kiss you right now if I was into that stuff.
Discord: Oh you think you can get rid of me so easy with... I'm in a magic free zone aren't I?
Miota: Yet another one of Dexter's invention... you got to the count of ten, one, two, eight-
Discord: Hey! You missed a couple of numbers right there!
Miota: I know, nine TEN!
Discord: AAAAAAHHHHHHH!

Now if you excuse me I have a meeting with Fluttershy in a few minutes about the fact she's keeping some non-native Equestrian animals that could prove a disaster in the making as they would become an invasive species if left unchecked for to long... it doesn't help that they were created in a lab either.
