When Ryouko woke up to a thunderstorm, she had no idea of the month she was going to have. She looked down from her perch in the cross beam of her home to the sliding glass window. It was dark out and sheets of rain assailed the glass. "This is going to be a lovely evening," she sneered.
She flickered for a moment, appearing in rapid succession in and out of sight, and appeared at the low dining table that had already been set. The aroma of Sasami's cooking twisted and twirled its way to Ryouko's nose, bringing her to full wakefulness.
Soon footsteps could be heard quickly running up to the front door. Ryouko looked at the door in rapt anticipation, even though she already knew who was on the other side. Tenchi stepped in drenched head to toe and looking quite flushed from his mad dash to the house. Ryouko was going to politely offer to dry Tenchi off.without using a towel. Then Ayeaka came down the stairs and said "My goodness Tenchi! You're soaked." Tenchi looked away shyly.
"Yeah," he said "grandpa had me doing a hundred pushups when it started raining," he smiled meekly "I only got up to thirty-two."
Ryouko flickered behind Tenchi. She put one arm around Tenchi's shoulder; the other around his waist, with her hand going south.
"Oh, Tenchi you must be chilled to the *bone*," she cooed, "Want me to warm you up?"
Tenchi tensed up "Uh, no.thank you Ryouko. I'll be fine."
"Yes," Ayeaka said through gritted teeth "so *kindly* stop bothering Lord Tenchi!"
"Hey," Ryouko said (while tightening her grip on Tenchi), "I'm just trying to be a caring, loving, nice person."
"You do not care about anyone except yourself," Ayeaka retorted.
"Bite me princess," she shot back. All the while Ryouko was clenching her hands tighter and tighter.on Tenchi. The boy was starting to turn a little blue and the girls looked ready to fight again when.
"Dinner is ready," Sasami called from the kitchen.
