Pre!Series Pre!wipe Jane tells Ruggedly Handsome Man of her decision, of her plan, and they discuss what needs to be done, discuss Oscar and her choice to use Agent Kurt Weller. RHM/Jane friendship. Implied Jane/Oscar. Implied Jane/Kurt.

Set after episode 1x15. Kurt is sick of this distant and different Jane, especially after her vanishing act the day before. He goes to her safe house to both reassure himself she is still there and to get some answers out of her. Jeller all the way.

Oneshot of Patterson and Zapata. Both spend the night watching a scary movie at Patterson's place. Things get awkward and that leads to something more.

A three parter slightly speculative fic for 1x15. This will certainly not happen in this ep, but I don't care. A bomb meant for Jane, leaves Kurt's life hanging in the balance.

Kurt learns some news about Jane

"I hadn't consciously run to her but . . . we needed to talk. I wanted answers." Post-mole episode. What might have happened if Kurt had gone to Jane after his argument with Sarah.

Post 1.13 After Kurt's "meltdown", after Jane leaves Oscar on the roof. They find themselves reaching out for each other, as they always do. There's a little bit of Sarah, a little bit of Sawyer. And pancakes.

When a mission goes completely wrong and Jane is in the hospital, Kurt Weller is falling out control and hits his breaking point. A line had to be drawn somewhere whether that had to be between them or the case.

"Tash might have been an instigating asshole, but she's not a liar, and sure enough Kurt spots Jane in the corner, nursing a drink and entertaining someone he doesn't recognize. He doesn't need to know who it is though to decide, instantly, that he doesn't like them." Shameless Jeller pwp, and sassy Tash, because those are the things I live for.

She tells him everything. Did she really expect it not to blow up in her face? Did she really think she was the victim? Is she really the villain in the story?

Jane doesn't take well to an ill-timed joke. An alternate version of the events in Persecute Envoys (1x08) following the stun grenade going off in the Schultz residence.

Future fic. Jane discovers the mission she set herself may be more than she bargained for. Can she follow her own orders when those orders put Kurt in danger? (Of course not, what the heck are you thinking?)

As Kurt starts to figure things out, it's his turn to pull away from Jane, and she in turn blames Oscar for that and rebuilds the walls between them.

Post 1x11, Kurt and Jane address some pent-up tension.
