As some of you can tell, I finished the story for the contest, and posted it here as well. I honestly have no hope that I'll actually win, but hey, we'll just have to wait and see. I also decided against getting this story on FIMfiction, seeing how much of a hassle it was just the get the other story up, and I prefer quick updates that don't need moderation to be seen.

Season 5 takes place 30 years in the future and is about Summer, Skyline, Chary, Melrose, Jasmine, and Jester. The new users of the Elements of Harmony. Also nicknamed the New Generation. Summer and her friends must fight against a new enemy named Van, who is revealed to be Alexei's younger brother. Thus begins the action-packed adventures for this new group of ponies.

The daughter of Nightmare Moon is angry at the Mane six for turning Nightmare Moon back into Luna and goes to get her revenge and to return her mother to her. will the mane six be able to stop her? or will they fail causing Nightmare Moon to return and bring eternal night?

For years Trixie has been living with a secret that has drove her to challenge Twilight Sparkle for the title of Equestria's greatest magician. Till now, no pony knew what that drive was, and once it is learned, can things ever be the same for them again? Or will this revelation bring about a change? Whether if it is for better or worse is for fate to decide.
