Author's Notes: School is finally over so I'm going to be posting new chapters much more frequently especially since I want to do a super big special chapter for the 1 year anniversary on July 17th!

Bob slowed the truck to a stop and got out.

"Shit," Bob muttered.

"What's going on, why'd you stop?" Clementine asked, after getting out of the truck's trailer.

"Out of gas," Bob replied.

"Shit," Clementine sighed.

"We gotta find more gas or walk," Bob said.

"Where the fuck are we supposed to find more gas!" Ellie muttered, "And Henry's ass doesn't count."

"Asshole!" Henry shouted from the inside of the truck's trailer.

Ellie flipped him off and walked over to where Bob and Clementine were.

"I think we may have to walk," Clementine sighed.

"Great!" Ellie said sarcastically, "A four

day goddamn walk!"

"First we need a place to rest. It may have only been a one hour drive, but the sun is setting," Bob said.

"If only Bethany's map was still useful," Clementine muttered, "Would've been nice to have something other than Bob's vague remembrance of roads."

"Hey, my memory of life before the app is much better than yours," Bob replied.

A minute later Bob saw a small warehouse which was barely visible in the distance.

"There might be some fuel in there or another car that isn't a gas guzzler," Bob told them.

"I'm honestly surprised at how anyone finds anything that hasn't been looted yet," Bethany chuckled, "But I won't question it."

The sound of crows cawing echoed through the desolated area. They slowly crept to the door of the warehouse. Bob peeked through a window and saw some walkers scattered throughout the room.

"There are a few walkers but nothing that we can't handle," Bob informed everyone.

"I'll take Aasim and Henry and everyone else goes with you," Clementine told Bob.

Bob nodded his head and pulled out his knife. He did his best to bust the lock on the door. Bob heard a slight click as he finished breaking the lock.

Bob slowly lifted up the window and went in with his team. After Bob's team finished going through Clementine's team quickly went in. Clementine went towards the left side where some walkers were eating a fresh corpse.

Logan could faintly smell bacon as he woke up.

"Oh god," Logan muttered.

He pushed himself up and saw Mac and a shaken Green.

"You're alive!" Logan smiled.

"Yeah Mac saved me from that jury when Aj killed that old man and started the anarchy in the community," Green explained.

"Wait Mac, how did you get away?" Logan asked, "Clementine thought you died or something after she found Ken's corpse."

"I almost did, those bastards tried," Mac chuckled, "There was some bitch there saying some stuff about Clementine or something. In all honesty I don't really remember, because the whole running for my life was more important than listening in."

Logan looked around the room they were in. It was a mess, there were several holes in the wall.

"Looks like he's been through more than us," Green whispered, "I think those are words carved into his torso."

"You don't have to whisper y'know," Logan said, "I got these from a crazy guy in a cabin. He said that finis means the end in latin or something. In all honesty I don't know if he's even right about the translation since he was obviously crazy."

"Alright I think that's enough about that," Mac muttered, "So where are the others?"

"Fuck if I know," Logan coughed.

"What do you mean?" Mac asked.

"Maren shot me in the leg and left me for dead, then the crazy guy found me and did some things to me that I don't want to talk about," Logan explained, "But they almost definitely left the place we were at and honestly even if they didn't I don't remember the way back there I just know they're heading to some communities in D.C. well in the general area."

"Shit so it's just the three of us," Mac scowled, punching the wall.

"We might find them someday," Green told her, "Logan said it himself they're heading to some communities near Washington D.C. so we know the general area."

Mac walked over to the small fire that was crackling. She was visibly pissed.

"Do you ever think that the price of surviving is greater than the price of death?" Mac asked.

"It's not," Logan replied, "Things may be tough and it might not always be worth it, but if we give up it'll make all our previous suffering pointless."

"This whole situation is a fucking pointless," Mac shouted kicking the wall, "You're saying that after what happened to you in that cabin you still feel like carrying on!?"

"Yes," Logan scowled.

"Then you're even stupider than I thought!" Mac growled.

"Or maybe it's because I'm not as bitter and angry as you thought," Logan refuted.

"Your ass better be gone by morning," Mac ordered.

Green stood there wanting to calm the situation but too nervous to do so. The tension in the room was thick. The fire died down a few minutes later and everyone went to sleep.

The sound of walkers pounding on the door spooked them awake.

"Oh fuck," Green panicked grabbing the baseball bat he had in the corner.

Logan reached for his knife and was thankful that Chip didn't take it out of the sheath when he took Logan's pants.

The red handle was cold to the touch as Logan held it up ready to use it. Before Green could open the door it crashed down to the floor smashing Green's foot as the walkers fell on him.

"Shit," Green screamed in pain.

"Damnit Green!" Mac shouted.

Logan was trying to stab the walkers near Green, but before he could he noticed Mac. Mac took her pistol and as she aimed it at the walkers Logan quickly dived for the ground. She used all the ammo she had left to kill the walkers on top of Green.

Mac gunned down all the walkers and ran to help Green. Logan got up and ran over to Green. He was mildly coughing when Mac helped him up.

"We need to check for bites," Mac told him.

Logan took off Green's shirt to check his torso for bites.

"Oh fuck," Logan muttered, "I'm so sorry Green."

Green looked down and saw the big teeth marks in his stomach.
