Three years after Portal 2, the Doctor finds Wheatley desperate and dying and tries to help him by taking him back to Aperture to fix him. The other day my friend told me to make an apocalypse AU specifically for GLaDley. I complied, turned it into a Fallout crossover, and got in over my head. What you need to know is that Aperture is a synth colony in northern Michigan, Gladys is the leader, Wheatley is the muscle, and everybody else gets in the way.

There's a left-behind place: no-one knows what goes on. P-Body and Atlas are sent to explore the 'ruins' of what used to be a 'restaurant/storage facility' for these 'other robots'. Whatever is down there, it isn't too happy to be seeing new faces.

Wheatley does a bit of a rough landing in 2Fort, providing some much-needed change in an eternal war between brothers. But can Wheatley -and the mercenaries- adapt to the changes, or will things take a turn for the worse? No humanisations. (The TF2-verse is AU in one vital aspect: Gray Mann never happened, which means that all connected events (such as MvM) haven't occured either)
