Without realizing the Janitor, Glen Matthews, is reading his journal J.D. starts to describe very sexual dreams he keeps having. The Janitor finally snaps and confronts J.D. How does the Janitor deal knowing that there is no game? How does their relationship change?

One of J.D.'s patients dies. His daughter is in the room while they are trying to bring him back. What happens as they try to find her family?

J.D. is in love with Dr. Cox, but when he falls and hurts himself does he keep doing it?

Dr. Cox dies. Everyone attends to his funeral. JD over hears Jack Perry's son saying something very horrible about his father and JD could not stand Jack saying this about his father so JD drags Jack upstairs and decided to tell Jack who it was that made him the doctor he is today

Dr. Cox dies of alcohol poisoning and everyone attends his funeral. JD over hears Jack Perry's son say something horrible about his father and JD could not handle it to hear the way he is talking about his father like that. So taking Jack away from his friends and upstairs JD tells him who made him be the doctor he is today.

J.D. and Elliot celebrate Halloween with their kids. Later on, they have a daughter named Savannah. Reviews are welcome.
