Shortly after his son is born, JD is involved in a head on collision and is put on life support. Stubborn as always, Dr. Cox is the only one of his "friends" who refuses to visit. But after coming across the young doctor's diary, his views start to change. Rated T (Rating is subject to change depending on the flow of the story).

JD's had enough of Perry being Perry, he's finally going to make the man understand he's not a girl. Perry gets pretty pissed, but eventually falls hard for our daydreaming doctor. Every story has two sides to it but as everyone starts to move on with their lives, JD's only gets worse and he's left feeling all alone when no one takes notice. Grief can do funny things to people, but so can the desire for revenge. With half the hospital out for blood, JD consumed with grief and friends acting like strangers, will anything ever be okay again. COMPLETE

Dr. Cox's appendix ruptures and he is hospitalized in the hospital that he works for. Not only that but guess who is his doctor? JD is not happy to take care of a stubborn patient who does not care of healing. In fact, Dr. Cox's life is miserable, and he drinks a lot when off work. Will JD get through to the doctor who insults every move he makes? At least JD seems to think so.
