This story is a continuation of the events at the end of Exodus. After being kidnappeed, Walt is forced to work in underground mines for the Others, and is helped throughout by Alex, another prisoner in this story.

This is a post rescue story, but the first two chapters take place at the island. The story is mainly Jate, but it shows how other characters deal with their after island life as well. Locke and Sawyer will definitely make an appearance.
