When Pooh and friends had their breakfast, Icarus and Gypsy arrived to give everyone a tour of the castle and the forest. The started with the ballroom where Queen Flamesong would decorate it with flowers or crystals depending on the season. Unfortunately, it was the place where she had fallen ill so it was blocked off for a while in case there was a poison spell or poison drenched in the flowers. They looked at several rooms that were made for stargazing and play areas for the little dragon child. Before long, they soon arrived at one of Owl's favorite places, the library.

The library was large. Bookcases seemingly have become one with the stone walls of the castle. A chandelier made of glass glittered in the morning sun. There were a few tables where everyone could sit down to read. What made the library more unique is that there was an average oak tree sitting in the room. Sitting nearby was Lacy. She looked up from the book she was reading and wagged her tail.

"Roo! Lumpy!" She raced toward them with joy at every step. She screeched to a halt when Icarus jumped in front of her. Her expression soured. "What? Can't a wolf pup say hi to her new friends?"

"We are giving the tour of the castle. YOU are supposed to be studying magic." Icarus glared hard at her.

"Well, since they're here." Lacy spoke. "Why not show them magic." She waved her paw for them to come over. She ran to the nearest bookshelves and knocked the books down with one paw. She began opening to the pages that focused on magic. She began the lecture as everyone gathered around her. "Ok. There are three kinds of magic: Dark, Sky and Light. Dark magic is really sinister." She cringed. "It involves the saddest enchantments that talk about death and despair. Really spooky words. Usually involves shadows, twisting dreams up, illusions and creating golems, or stone monsters as we call them." She showed them a page where monstrous shadows were ready to leap out of the page. Then, she showed them the sky magic. "Sky magic involves the wind, sun and moon. The stars belong to Light magic. Anyway, Sky magic usually does travel or guide you on where you need to go." She looked up to see Pooh had raised his paw. "Yes Pooh?"

"Um...What does Light magic do?" Pooh wanted to know what would work to fight off the Dark Dream King.

"Maybe it would "be best if I-" Icarus was about to talk when Gypsy clamped her talons around his beak. The griffin's stern glare warning him not to interrupt the young wolf pup since she's on a roll.

"Light magic is kinda tricky." Lacy explained. "There aren't many that know any incantations for those types of spells. They have to be written by the heart. The pure of heart." She looked through a small golden book. It showed a few incantations such as a spell that could turn anyone or a flower into a living lanturn. "You also have to keep your head clear of all thoughts. Which can be hard especially during very scary problems. As for the incantations you got to make sure that they match the type of magic you're doing." She sat down. She looked almost exhausted from being a teacher. "Any more questions?"

Owl raised a wing. "Are there any side effects to these spells? Do they cause any problems?"

"If you use the spell at the wrong place and the wrong time, you could be in a bad situation. Light and Sky can leave you a little sleepy. As for Darkness, I don't know." Lacy said. She shook her head at the thought of the answer. Suddenly her stomach growled and she laughed. "Whelp! That ends my lessons for today! LUNCH TIME!" She ran with great speed causing Icarus to fly up to avoid her.

Before long, everyone followed her out of the library except Pooh. He walked over to the book containing the light spells. He looked at the lanturn spell. "I guess it wouldn't hurt to try a spell." He found a vase containing lilies and pulled one out. He read aloud the magic phrase:

Lanturn in the lamp.

Lanturn in the camp.

But true light is beauty unseen.

Flowers, seas and the sky.

Bring out the light that is found in between.

O, please let me try.

Pooh looked at the lily. Nothing. He sighed. "Oh bother," he said. "I guess that spell doesn't work at all." He placed it down. "Guess I can only work with Sky magic. Better catch up before the honey is gone and I get lost." He went after his friend. Unaware that the lily glowed a prism light.
