Chapter 7: Steadfast
Always aim for the throat. It's a weak link, it'll make people forget everything except their own survival. Katsuki knew how it felt to die, and he knew nobody else would ever want to feel like that.
Yet he was discarded like silt from a glacier, thrown into a place with Shitty Hair and expected to believe they would come out on top. If they were facing opponents who were powerful enough to stare death in the face, then it would be harder than ever to come out on top.
Of course, Deku never thought about failure. He had a subtle type of confidence that let him keep going no matter what. And he never wasted time thinking about the percentages.
Katsuki tried to pretend like he didn't either.
