The plan to destroy the Dominion by wiping out the Founders was a major coup for the Obsidian Order and the Tal Shiar, but the Founders twisted it into a psychological victory to shake the foundations of the Alpha Quadrant and showed the powers on the other side of the wormhole the shape of things to come.
