Hello Everyone, I'm back again with chapter 3. I don't know if my timing is good but I wanted to share with you another chapter for my favorite couple. It's wonderful to write stories about this lovely couple. Enough of that, I want to thank those that have favorited and followed my story. And another thing, apart from Ha Jae Kyung, there will be two characters that I will add to the story to strengthen Ji Hoo and Jan Di's relationship. Thank you so much. Oh, I almost forgot, I'm starting this chapter with trials from the car race because that's where the big changes will start from
Let's get down to business...
Although the moon and stars are far apart, they revolve around each other.
Because of love, I'm now unafraid of the difficulties and quarrels.
As long as you understand, I'll risk all in life and betray my heart.
Which path should I take this time?
In China...
Ha Jae Kyung sat in her room with a pout on her face; she was constantly arguing with her parents about her boyfriends. "Can you book a ticket to South Korea for me?" she asked her female bodyguard Chen.
"When do you intend to depart, Mistress?"
"Today, I don't want to stay here with my parents controlling me," she said.
The day came, it was unavoidable for him, but he was more than prepared for it. His conversation with Jan Di the night before had given him courage.
Last night...
"Jan Di-ah," he said. Ji Hoo was astonished to see his lover in his house. He'd given her the key to his house, and she could come in whenever she pleased.
"What are you doing here?" he wondered.
He came from the kitchen, where he was attempting to make pancakes for dinner. He didn't want to sleep; instead, he wanted to stay up.
"I was concerned that you wouldn't be able to sleep soundly tonight, so I came to keep you company."
She started walking, and Ji Hoo met her halfway. She gave him a shy smile, which he returned.
"Come on, let's have some pancakes," he said, taking her hand in his and leading her to the kitchen. He set her down on the stool on the counter.
"Why do you want to eat pancakes?" she asked, bewildered.
What kind of grown man would eat pancakes for dinner?
"I usually eat them when I'm unhappy or upset," he explained.
"Aren't you glad to see me then?" She openly inquired.
She stood up and moved over to his side. She clutched his hand in hers. She took it to her lips and tenderly kissed it.
"Ji Hoo-ah, I will do everything in my power to make you happy."
Ji Hoo pressed his lips into the hand that was holding him. He delicately kissed it before gently drawing her into his arms and cuddling her.
She wrapped her arms around his waist carefully. She pressed her nose against his neck, inhaling his citrus green aqua fresh fragrance. It did have a soothing impact on her.
Ji Hoo was taken aback by the action; it was doing strange things to him, but he needed to calm himself; it wasn't the time for that, so he wrapped his around her small waist and pressed her closely to him.
"I want every day we spend together to be a day of celebration, complete with delicious pancakes."
"OK," he murmured, bringing her up to arm's length.
"I want you to know you have my support and unconditional love," she couldn't stop herself from speaking.
"Thank you, Jan Di-ah," he said, smiling down at her. He leaned up close and kissed her on the cheek.
"Let's start our date with your pancakes," she proposed, arranging the frying pan.
"Second date," he grinned, "remember yesterday when I gave you a ride on my Rui?"
From behind, he placed his arms around her waist. He watched her fry the pancakes, relieved that he wouldn't have to go through so much suffering on his own. "Gomawo Jan Di-ah, thank you for always thinking of me," he murmured into her ear.
It sent shivers up her spine when she felt his lips delicately brush across her ear.
He must have sensed it, for he proceeded to her neck. He inhaled her natural floral scent as he delicately sucked on her neck.
"I love how your skin smells," he whispered, leaving a soft kiss on her neck. He lifted her chin and pressed his lips against hers in a searing kiss.
"Ji Hoo-ah," she muttered as she drew back. "If we keep going, we'll burn down the home."
"Mianhae Jan Di-ah. "I got carried away," he admitted with a little bow and a grin on his face.
Jan Di chuckled faintly.
Ji Hoo had always admired Jan Di's bright smile, and seeing her laugh and smile brought him peace. He wished he could keep it there and never make her cry again.
He had sworn to protect her from the start and vowed to do so for the rest of his life.
Present...
Ji Hoo emerged from the locker area, with Yi Jeong close behind to show his support. They found Ga Eul and Jan Di waiting at the entrance as well.
"Do you have an ace, Ji Hoo Sunbae?" Ga Eul asked.
"An ace?" he murmured, without responding. He looked at Jan Di, who was looking at him with doe eyes. He then turned to find Gu Jun Pyo and Woo Bin heading in opposite directions, but Jun Pyo's gaze was fixed on him.
"I have one," he stated as he approached Jan Di. He lifted his hand slowly to her face and cupped her cheek. He started caressing her chin with his thumb and stopped on her lips.
He began to lean in closer to her lips.
"What are you up to, Yoon Ji Hoo?" His friend remarked, his voice trembling. He was worried that Gu Jun Pyo would do something, but his friend appeared adamant about what he was doing.
Ji Hoo didn't seem to be paying attention; his attention was drawn to the girl in front of him, the one he had already claimed as his own. He was head over heels in love with her.
His lips finally touched hers after what seemed like an eternity.
Ji Hoo's kisses were exquisite. They sparked something in her, sending thrills down her spine. She had intended to keep track of all the kisses he had given her, but she had forgotten. All she knew was that the kisses would remain unique to her for the rest of her life.
Jan Di was terrified, but the kiss he was giving her soothed her. She wanted to draw away, but his lips were like a drag to which she was becoming addicted. She didn't want to stop kissing them. She decided to follow his lead and threw her arms around his neck, bringing him even closer to her.
…
When Ji Hoo felt Jan Di wrap her arms around his neck, he dropped his helmet to the ground and kissed her hard. He didn't hesitate to intensify their kiss till they needed to take a breath.
Ji Hoo drew back and rested his forehead against hers, his eyes closed. "I think I should go," he whispered, pulling away from her. He then kissed her on the cheeks and walked away from her.
However, Jan Di softly gripped his hand before releasing him. She watched him walk away, hoping he was safe.
It didn't matter to her if they won or lost; what mattered was his safety.
Sunbae, please be safe for us.
"Who is that?" A fresh tall girl with long blonde hair and blue eyes mused. She had arrived with her bodyguard and saw Ji Hoo kiss Jan Di. She had also witnessed Jun Pyo threaten but was powerless to intervene.
"Miss Ashley, I believe the two young men are competing over a girl," her bodyguard responded.
"That's impressive, the girl isn't much to look at," she said coldly, "but the guys fighting over her are charming."
"Yes, Miss Ashley, the girl is quite energetic, and she brings out the best in the boys," her bodyguard stated with a smile.
"Let's go to the office," she said as she moved away from Ji Hoo, who didn't bother glancing at her since he was concentrated on the woman he loves.
Ji Hoo got into his car. He looked up to find Jan Di and Ga Eul cheering for him from the balcony. 'I'll drive for you,' he thought as he looked at her.
He got into his car and took the wheel. He took a long breath in and out. He heard his phone vibrate, suggesting a text message from Jan Di.
Ga Eul looked over at her best friend, who was tightly closing her eyes. "Jan Di-ah, if you're worried, send him a message."
"Oh, Ga Eul," she exclaimed, "why hadn't I thought of that?"
She took out her brand-new iPhone. Ji Hoo had given it to her and even shown her how to use it.
Ga Eul was flabbergasted by the new phone. "Did Ji Hoo sunbae give you that phone, Jan Di-ah?" This is the most recent brand." She gushed.
"Yes," Jan Di grinned as she remembered their encounter in the stairway after Jun Pyo had declared them expelled from school.
Ji Hoo received the text from her.
Jan Di-ah: I believe in you, and I know you can make a difference for us.
He immediately smiled and knew he had to win for them.
Gu Jun Pyo was furious when he looked to his right. He was also behind the wheel, waiting for the referee. To give it a shot...
The day had come to an end, and Ji Hoo had won the race. He got out of his car to find Jan Di and her best friend waiting for him.
…
"Sunbae!" she squealed as she ran up to his open arms. She wrapped her arms around his neck and clutched him close.
"Jan Di-ah," he said quietly, "I did it." He said, happily.
Jan Di drew back. "I am proud of you..." she couldn't finish her sentence. Ji Hoo drew her back into his embrace. He leaned in and pressed his lips against hers.
The kiss was not rushed. It was gentle as usual. With grace, he moved his lips over hers. He ran his tongue lightly across her bottom lip, and she immediately welcomed him.
The kiss continued for a few minutes longer until they needed to breathe.
"Sunbae," her face began to warm up. She looked down, embarrassed because he had kissed her in public without shame.
Ji Hoo lifted her chin and gazed into her eyes.
"Did I do something wrong?" he questioned subtly. He started tracing his forefinger against her lower lip.
"No, but we're in public," she replied, shaking her head.
She could tell out of the corner of her eyes that everyone was watching the scene before them
"I'm sorry; my emotions got the best of me."
"I forgive you, and I hope you forgive me for allowing it to happen."
Ji Hoo drew her into his chest and held her there. He looked to his side and noticed the F3 staring at him.
Jun Pyo and the F2 stood on the sidelines, watching the scene. "Ji Hoo would never have driven the car if it hadn't been for Jan Di," Yi Jeong remarked.
Jun Pyo walked away with a scoff.
"Can you believe a monkey can fall from a tree?" Jun Hee said to Butler Lee.
Butler Lee only smiled as he escorted Jun Hee to her waiting car. "Anyway, let's go and meet the new girl's family," she said with a smirk and walked away.
"Let's celebrate," Ga Eul suggested.
"All right, but it's my treat," Ji Hoo said.
"Why?" the girls exclaimed in unison.
"For you, Jan Di-ah, my wonder girl," he replied, smiling. "You gave me the courage to face my fear without criticizing me," he drew Jan Di back into his arms. "Gomawo"
"Your Welcome," she said as she kissed his cheek.
Ji Hoo, Jan Di, and Ga Eul exited the parking lot. They were laughing and chatting as they walked. Jan Di and Ga Eul gushed about how fast he was. As they walked, they came across an unknown beautiful girl. She didn't appear to be Korean.
"Excuse me," she said as she came to a halt in front of them. "You were impressive out there," she commented in English to Ji Hoo.
"Thank you," Ji Hoo said flatly in English. "Let's go..." he said to his two friends.
"Hold on," Ashley said, clutching his arm. Ji Hoo yanked away from her grip. Uncomfortable with a stranger touching him
"Do you want to say something to me?" He questioned without emotion.
"No, my name is Ashley, by the way." Ashley Smith" She reached out her arm to him. Ji Hoo examined her hand as if he were looking for poison.
Ga Eul and Jan Di exchanged glances. Jan Di stated in her limited English, "Ji Hoo Sunbae does not touch strangers."
"Oh!" she exclaimed. "I didn't know," she said, looking at Ji Hoo's arm wrapped around Jan Di's waist and another wrapped around Ga Eul's shoulder.
"I'm Yoon Ji Hoo, and she's..." He drew Jan Di to his chest, saying, "she's my girlfriend, and Ga Eul is my friend and my girlfriend's best friend."
"It's my first day of school, and I'm hoping to make some new friends because no one here seems genuine except the three of you."
"Oh..." Jan Di was about to say something when Ji Hoo interrupted her.
"I'm sorry, Miss... Ashley, but we have somewhere we need to be." He bowed before leading the girls away.
Ashley was depressed. She was beautiful and talented, and every man wanted her, but it was this man who turned her down.
This is going to be a challenge.
"Sunbae," Jan Di pouted at him for his actions.
"Jan Di, not everyone who smiles at you is a friend," Ga Eul reminded her of the previous incident.
"Yes, Jan Di-ah, if she wants to be your friend, she will have to earn it," Ji Hoo said.
"You're right, sunbae," she said, not wanting to get into any more trouble.
"Still Sunbae, huh?" Ji Hoo smiled as he closed the small gap between them once more.
"Oh, I mean Ji Hoo-ah," she said shyly.
Ga Eul tried to respect their privacy, but she couldn't stop herself from staring at Jan Di and Ji Hoo. Ji Hoo's thoughtfulness toward Jan Di was touching, and they appeared to be in love...
It took the raven-haired girl a while to believe that a member of the elite F4 she had heard so many stories about—most of them negative—could be so considerate and loving toward her best friend...
It was also strange that it was with Yoon Ji Hoo. Shouldn't the legendary F4 Loner be the least likely to be concerned about other people? However, this was clearly not the case.
In fact, he'd helped Jan Di from the beginning, and Ga Eul admired him for it.
Yes, Ga Eul had to admit that she had reservations about the relationship during the New Caledonia trip, but seeing Jan Di and Ji Hoo together now, it was clear as day... They appeared to be a good match. Maybe Yoon Ji Hoo is The One for Jan Di...
Ji Hoo, Jan Di, and Ga Eul were sitting in the Porridge shop. Master emerged from the kitchen with four bowls of abalone porridge with juice. "Let's toast to Ji Hoo Sunbae's victory and overcoming his fear," Jan Di said as she raised her glass and smiled at her friends.
"Gomawo Jan Di-ah," he said as he took her small hand in his own. "I would never have done it if it hadn't been for you."
She looked at him and managed to utter an affectionate "Sunbae." They continued to stare at each other, and nobody existed at that moment. Ji Hoo continued to stroke her hand, but the moment was cut short when the restaurant's bell rang.
…
"Is anyone here?" A woman shouted from the door.
Master dashed to the door to greet the lovely lady. She was turning away from the group. "How can I assist you?" master questioned, a bright smile on his face
"I've heard you sell sea food and porridge here," she explained in English. She shifted her gaze to the group.
Jan Di and Ga Eul both exclaimed in surprise. "Miss Ashley?" they exclaimed in unison.
Is this woman following us? Ji Hoo pondered.
Jan Di and Ga Eul exchanged glances before returning their attention to Ashely. "What brings you here?" they inquired again.
Ji Hoo, on the other hand, was starting to feel uneasy. His instincts were on high alert the moment he laid eyes on her; he knew she'd be trouble in some way.
Ji Hoo looked at Ashley, who was staring at him as she spoke and gave an order. She asked to join the group, and they couldn't say no.
"So, what's the occasion?" Ashley asked as she looked around. She questioned, taking a seat next to Ga Eul and across from Ji Hoo.
"Oh, we're celebrating his victory," Jan Di said proudly, looking at Ji Hoo.
Ji Hoo interlaced his fingers with Jan Di's and gently stroked the back of her hand.
"It's because of you, sweetheart, that I won," he said, smiling at her.
Ashley turned to face the couple. She started to be envious of Jan Di. Except for her brother, she had never received such love and affection from anyone, and even her suitors were never sincere. They were always looking for something in exchange.
When will I ever experience such affection?
Ashley desired attention from the first man who had captured her heart, but he was already involved in a serious relationship.
"So, Miss Ashley," Ji Hoo said in English, "Did you come to eat or were you following us?" he asked flatly, looking her in the eyes.
Ashley appeared flustered. She'd followed their car to see where they were going. She later discovered them in a small restaurant that only served porridge. How could he take the woman he loves to a small restaurant if he appeared to be wealthy?
"I...I was craving some seafood porridge," she lied
"Sunbae?" Jan Di questioned him with her eyes.
"Jan Di-ah, let's go," he said, taking her hand in his. "I'll take you home," he said as he left the porridge restaurant, dropping some bills on the table.
"It appears that your friend dislikes me."
"That's how he is" Ga Eul faked a smile
"What's the matter, Sunbae?" she questioned once they were outside.
"I'm sorry, my love,"
"You're not fond of her?" She mused, a grin on her face. "Why do I have the impression that you are uneasy because she is beautiful and you have a crush on her?" she teased him.
"Even if she was beautiful, she would never be as beautiful as you," he responded immediately.
He looked down at her, a blush creeping up her cheeks.
"You are the one who makes me feel that way," she said as she looked down.
Ji Hoo slowly drew her to his body by grasping her waist. "I don't know if you realize it, but you are as beautiful as the Lotus flower," he said softly.
"A lotus flower?" she wondered out loud.
"The first time I saw you, you were brighter than the sun, smiling at me, and the second time I met you, you were blooming beautifully in the mud while facing the wrath of the F4," he simply responded.
"...really, sunbae?" His words had touched her. She didn't think twice about luring him down for a kiss.
It was the first time she initiated the kiss. She moved her moist lips over his, kissing him passionately.
After a few seconds, Ji Hoo took the lead when he felt her beginning to end the kiss quickly. He held her face in his left hand while the other rested on her waist. He was aware that she was self-conscious about their affection in public.
He intensified the kiss. When she reciprocated his advances, he let his good judgment take over and gently explored her mouth. Her knees became weak, but that did not deter him.
"Jan Di-ah," he said as he drew back. She was out of breath. His forehead rested against hers. "Let's get to know each other better as a couple and as best friends." There will be no secrets or lies between us."
"All right, Ji Hoo," she said as she embraced him.
"What a lovely couple we have here!" exclaimed a man behind them in English.
They broke free to see who had interrupted their moment. It was a tall, handsome man with fair skin, blue eyes, and styled blonde short hair. He shifted his gaze from Ji Hoo to Jan Di.
He opened his mouth to speak but was cut off.
"Brother," Ashley called to him. "What are you doing here?" she questioned of him
"I came to pick you up, Ashley," he said, turning to Ji Hoo and Jan Di.
"My name is Andrew, Ashely's brother," he said, smiling as he extended his hand to Jan Di.
Jan Di turned to face him after looking down at his hand. " Geum Jan Di," she said as she shook his hand.
Andrew held her hand briefly before releasing it.
"And this is Yoon Ji Hoo, my...boyfriend," she blushed. She was still getting used to calling Ji Hoo her boyfriend.
"Oh," Andrew exclaimed, reaching out his hand to Ji Hoo.
"I'm sorry, but it's past my girlfriend's bedtime," he said, bowing and walking away with Jan Di.
"He's so self-centered," Andrew observed.
"Unfortunately, he has a girlfriend who he adores," Ashley explained. She observed Ji Hoo as he held Jan Di's hand. He opened the car door for her, shielding her head from being hit, and slid in behind her.
"I can't help but think Jan Di and I are going to become friends." Andrew smiled as he led his sister to his car.
Before saying their goodbyes, Ji Hoo and Jan Di exchanged another passionate kiss.
"I love you," they said in unison, kissing once more.
"Goodnight,"
...
Next morning...
The group was back in the Gu mansion. "This is Jan Di's ball," Jun Hee explained. She extracted the small piece of paper from the hole. She then gently opened it to reveal the next activity.
She gasped and slowly revealed to the group. Except for Jan Di and Ji Hoo, everyone gasped. They turned to Gu Jun Pyo
Swimming was the next activity.
"I'm not going to do it," Jun Pyo yelled. He snatched the small piece of paper from Jun Hee's grasp and tossed it to the ground. He then proceeded to accuse Jan Di of setting him up, which she ignored.
"If you don't, you will automatically lose," his sister warned.
Yi Jeong chimed in, "I can do it for him," and nominated himself. "Instead of Jun Pyo, I will swim in his place." I'm not going to let Ji Hoo off the hook for taking what isn't his."
They put the suggestion up for a vote.
"If you agree, raise your hand," Jun Hee said, raising her own. Jun Pyo was the first, followed by Woo Bin, and Jan Di stopped Ji Hoo from raising it.
"I disagree for several reasons, the first of which is that I am not a thing to belong to anyone," she said coldly to Yi Jeong. She then moved her attention to Woo Bin, Jun Hee, and Jun Pyo.
"Secondly, I am opposed to Yi Jeong nominating himself."
"Yah! Jan Geum Di" Jun Pyo was enraged, but she was unconcerned.
"How can he nominate himself?" She expressed her dissatisfaction with Jun Hee and Woo Bin. "Does it have anything to do with his inability to swim?" She pointed to Gu Jun Pyo. "You will let him off the hook because of his past trauma. Because I'm telling you," she said to Jun Pyo, "you're a coward who won't face your fears."
Ji Hoo stood up and said, "Jan Di-ah."
"When it came time for the car race, none of you nominated to take his place," she said, pointing to Ji Hoo, "but now you want him to have the easy way out."
"It's not having an easy way out, Ji Hoo stole..."
"I'd like to remind you that I'm not a toy you own," she said to Jun Pyo. Yi Jeong was cut off by Jan Di. "And if he wants to win me, he will have to do it or he will forever be a coward," she stated emphatically.
"You-!" Jun Pyo began to speak, but Jan Di cut him off before he could finish.
"You believe the entire world revolves around you, so when you say no, everyone has to obey your orders." You forced your way into my life, despite my protests..."
"How about we have a competition, two girls and two boys," a voice from behind them suggested.
They all turned to see who was interfering with their affair.
"I apologize for interrupting you, Miss Jan Di," Andrew said with a smile. Ashley, his sister, was standing behind him, and they appeared to have heard everything she had said. "But yes, Gu Jun Pyo, if he's unwilling to face his fears like he did," he said, pointing to Ji Hoo, "I guess he isn't worthy of your love and attention."
"And you, who are you?" Jun Pyo sneered at him.
"I apologize for failing to introduce myself." He reached out his hand. "My name is Andrew, and this is Ashley, my sister."
Jun Pyo firmly shook his hand.
"We'll be attending the same school and taking the same classes," Andrew said with a smile.
Ji Hoo and Jan Di reached an agreement on two girls and two boys. Ji Hoo would face off against Yi Jeong, and Jan Di would face off against Ashley.
That was not an issue for the parties. "I'll be your coach today," Ji Hoo announced. He took Jan Di's hand in his and led her to his motorcycle.
…
Jan Di changed into her swimsuit. It wasn't as good as the ones on the market, but it got the job done.
Ji Hoo was wearing a white tracksuit and was timing Jan Di's swimming. He was smiling because he was seeing Jan Di swim for the first time, and it reminded him of his favorite animals. 'The Otters'
"That was your fastest lap." Ji Hoo held the chronometer up to her "50.10 seconds."
"Do you think I could cut it down to 49 seconds?"
"You're tiring yourself out, my love," he said with a smile.
"How about you, sunbae, what's your swimming time?" she wondered out loud.
"My time for a full lap is 42.50 seconds," he replied, "I'm faster than Yi Jeong."
"That's fantastic," she exclaimed, "if the two of you go first, that means I can win," she reasoned.
Ji Hoo abruptly walked to the locker room and returned 2 minutes later with a red large ball, his tracksuit removed, white shorts on, and shirtless.
"Would you like to play?" he asked, tossing the ball into the water.
"Yes," she said as she swam to the ball and grabbed it. "Ji Hoo, come on, let's play!" she exclaimed joyfully.
Ji Hoo entered the water and they began playing volleyball.
They became bored after playing. "How about trying something different?" Ji Hoo suggested.
"Like what?" she exclaimed.
Ji Hoo swam to the opposite end of the pool. He swam back to Jan Di after tying the ball at the edge. "Whoever gets to the ball first wins."
"Really, sunbae?"
"Mmm," he mused. He watched Jan Di take the lead, but he was right on her tail, and Jan Di was there in a matter of seconds.
"I won!" she exclaimed as she took the ball in her hands.
"You have won..." Ji Hoo's voice trailed off, but a teasing smile remained on his lips. "However...you did not allow me to finish giving instructions."
"What exactly do you mean?" Her tone was perplexed.
"The loser gets the prize," he grinned.
"Sunbae..." she grumbled, "That's cheating."
"I'm not cheating," he insisted. He then gathered up Jan Di into his arms. She was still displaying that adorable pout.
"Are you mad at me, Jan Di-ah?" he questioned earnestly.
Jan Di softened as well. She shook her head.
"Good. You know... I prefer it when you smile at me "He whispered as he stroked the back of her cheek.
His touch made Jan Di's knees weaken, as they still did in his presence. "Well, I suppose it's my fault...," she began, but her train of thought was interrupted when he leaned in closer. "I'm sorry... I suppose I should have waited for instructions—"
Then his lips met hers, cutting her off mid-sentence.
This kiss was gentler than the previous one, but it was filled with just as much love and passion. Ji Hoo wrapped his arms around her, drawing her in closer as he intensified the kiss.
…
Jan Di caressed his skin as she rested her hands against his moist chest. Their kiss continued until someone cleared his throat.
Ashley appeared in her red bikini, asking,
"Is it okay if I practice from here as well?"
"Oh," Ji Hoo said with a nod, "it's all yours, Jan Di, let's go." Ji Hoo and Jan Di exited the pool.
Ashley observed Ji Hoo assisting Jan Di out of the pool and handing her a white towel. He smiled as he helped her dry her hair. She observed them as they walked to the locker room to change or do something else.
"He didn't even bother looking at me," she snarled.
She jumped into the water and started practicing. But it wasn't because she was practicing, but because she was angry.
"Where have you been, Jan Di?" Jun Pyo wanted to know.
He had called up her to a park near her home after Ji Hoo had dropped her off. He wanted to speak with her in private. At first, she had refused but he used his tricks on her mother to let Jan Di come and meet him
"I was practicing," she replied, looking away.
Jun Pyo gently drew her closer to him, saying softly, "Say you like me once, and we'll call this off."
This guy has to be insane...
When she remained silent. He pushed her away and walked away. "You'll come to regret it."
The next morning...
Ji Hoo and Jan Di were the eventual winners of the swimming competition. Jun Pyo's timing was terrible. Before the lights went out, Jan Di stretched her hand and touched the edge of the pool. Ashley was also an excellent swimmer, but Jan Di was clearly better than her.
…
"Thank you for coming into Gu Jun Pyo's life," Jun Hee said as she hugged her. "Because of you, the F4 boys have finally matured, and our Yoon Ji Hoo has finally found a reason not to sleep all the time," she said with a smile she walked away.
Gu Jun Pyo, I hope you can finally let go
"Good game," Andrew said to Ji Hoo and Jan Di, "you two make an excellent team."
His sister was still upset about the loss.
…
Woo Bin and Ga Eul arrived and joined the group as Yi Jeong had a brief conversation with Ji Hoo and Jan Di.
"Do you want to go for a walk?" Ji Hoo and Woo Bin asked Jan Di and Ga Eul in unison. Both F2s smiled.
Woo Bin clasped Ga Eul's wrist and Ji Hoo clasped Jan Di's hand, interlacing their fingers.
Yi Jeong stood there watching Ga Eul and Woo Bin walk away, the sensation in his chest unfamiliar to him. He clenched his fist so tightly that his knuckles turned almost white.
"How about a double date?" Ji Hoo suggested to Woo Bin and Ga Eul. "Is that okay Jan Di-ah?"
"I'm fine with it," she said.
"On Saturday," they said to the girls
Ha Jae Kyung had fallen asleep in her seat. She had no idea the plane had landed. "Mistress," her bodyguard gently shook her awake.
She blinked her eyes open slightly. "Have we arrived?" she questioned of Chen.
"Yes, mistress, we've arrived in Korea," she said with a smile.
Ha Jae Kyung walked out of the plane downstairs, exclaiming, "Korea!" at the top of her lungs, "I'm finally here!"
That was a long chapter, but I'm finally done with it. Thank you for your encouragement, dear readers.
If you want a sneak peek, please email me, but for now...be well and stay safe.
