Jonas made it to Elsewhere. Or did he? He's not sure what's actually happening and what he's imagining. Warning: Kind of depressing ending.

If he had known what would happen, he might have done something differently. Then again, he might not have.

He came this far. It's too late to turn back. All he can do is keep going.

The real ending to 'The Giver' left me with some many questions. So I wrote this.

The ambiguous ending left us all wondering, what happens next? This is my take on what happens to Jonas an Gabriel. Mostly likly will be a one-shot.

Jonas and Gabriel make it out of the community, but can they survive on their own in the wild?

This is my version of the story ending. Were Jonas finally makes it to Elsewhere. but before he get there he finds the true meaning of love. I do not own the Giver.

With a shuddering breath that Jonas knew was going to be his last, he whispered to the newchild held close to his chest. "I'm sorry, Gabe. I never meant for this to happen." Jonas makes his way to Elsewhere. Something I had to write in L.A. One-shot. R&R.

I wrote this for those of you who read and loved The Giver by Lois Lowry. Want to know what happens to Jonas and Gabe at the end? Do they make it to Elsewhere and find a loving family? Or gulp despite their efforts, do they die in the freezing blizzard?

Ever wondered why Gabe had a hard time sleeping? Here's your answer.

After the sled slowed, the wind attacked mercilessly, and the cold made Jonas sick. But the twinkling lights gave him hope. A feeling that made him hurt. Why? Because he knew that only he would feel it.

Jonas's journey away from the Community has came to an end. But some unexpected incidents occurred to Jonas, and those incidents has something to do with Gabriel. Jonas was faced with one painful consequence, and he decided to take it. RnR please!

Short story I had to write for English. What I thought should have happened after Jonas runs away with Gabe.

The echoing rang in jonas's ears, his memories drove him mad leaving the baby behind. Gabriel only wishes for Jonas to come to his senses... After math of the Giver. RE-DONE!

I wasn't happy with the ending so I wrote this. Jonas and Gabe have found a family with everything that would have broken the rules. How does Jonas cooperate with this family of rule breakers?
