When Lady finds a kitten wandering around in an alleyway, she takes it to Dante, only to dump the responsibility onto him. What Dante and Lady don't know, though, is that the kitten is actually Nero, due to a strange jinx placed onto him by a demon that was angered when Nero slaughtered its "pet". This is based of that episode in the Devil May Cry anime where Lady targets Trish. During their big fight in the church, Lady ruined Trish's brand new shirt and unleashed a horrible fury worse than hell itself upon her. Rather than killing her, though, Trish decided to punish her the same way she would to a naughty child... except far more severe.

The Black Heaven is an alternate version of Devil May Cry. In the story, Sparda and Eva have three kids; Dante, Vergil, and their baby sister Beatrice. Their memories were all erased and sent where they could never see each other again. The main character, Iris, is your typical high school girl, until she starts seeing things and questions who she really is.

This takes place RIGHT after the 3rd game. You ,though, to know some characters, have to have watched the anime too and played the 1st,3rd and 4th game cause some characters are from there.
