Competition

A vigilante that kills all of the criminals that he stops as well as people like corrupt cops shows up.

Grant blames the new vigilante's actions on Phoenix.

The new vigilante says that his name is Paragon when Phoenix confronts him for the first time.

He says that he is a fan of Phoenix, but he quickly changes his opinion when Phoenix disagrees with his methods.

Paragon uses Judge and Jury, a pair of hand axes that are also SMGs; they can combine to form a greataxe called Executioner.

Paragon manages to escape due to the task force interfering and trying to catch Phoenix.

Phoenix tracks down Paragon and stops him before he can kill a corrupt cop.

The cop is able to escape because of Phoenix's interference.

Phoenix badly breaks Paragon's leg after defeating him to keep him from escaping.

The police arrive just before Phoenix makes his escape.

Grant sees that Phoenix and Paragon are two different people.

Paragon yells about how he and Phoenix are the same as he is dragged away by the police.

Phoenix looks into Paragon's identity a few days later.

Paragon's real name is Alabaster Armister.

He is a huntsman who went rogue after his wife was murdered.

Phoenix thinks about what Paragon says about the two of them being the same and worries that he may end up becoming just as bad.
