This isn't a fandom I write for and this isn't the kind of thing I write. But some friends and I were goofing off and this idea was born, so... the Guardians of the Galaxy are actually D&D characters created by the Avengers (idea credit to some Tumblr post) and this is a little story of one of their weekly games. The twins get into some trouble at school. Wanda, with little memory of her own parents, has to figure out how to deal with the situation. She resolves by showing them little moments of Vision and Wanda's journey.

Peter Parker doesn't understand why he is having dumb things like panic attacks and nightmares after the events on Titan. He figures that someone strong like Mister Stark would never deal with stuff like that. So he pushes on, not wanting to let anyone down, not realizing that he does not have to tackle this alone.

Tony despairs for humanity, he really does. Especially when he's sitting with its 'bright, young future' in the school cafeteria. He despised high school. Then, just when he thinks they cannot possibly top their stupidity, they dare Tony to fake date Loki, the school outcast. Well then. Tony agrees, but not for the reason they think he does. [They are idiots. Loki agrees.]

When Bucky wakes up, he knows it is going to be a Bad Day. His point is proven when he starts a fight then storms out. Too bad he didn't realize just how bad it was going to be until he got back. [When Tony wakes up, he knows it is going to be a good day. He slept peacefully for once and is feeling good. But then there is the fight and everything went to hell. Shows what he knows]

When Loki takes over the Hammer Industries building where Tony works, he doesn't panic. Honestly, he has more faith in Loki than he does in all of the Avengers combined. (Really, they let Hammer on the team. They can't be that smart.) He just goes with the flow. Then breaks out of the flow. When he runs into Loki himself, well, what makes more sense than to offer his help.
