Starscream winds up half-dead on Earth after another assassination attempt on Megatron goes horribly, horribly wrong, and is found and taken in by a small group of bots calling themselves the "Outlaws", belonging to neither the Autobots or Decepticons. Starscream winds up accidentally establishing himself as their leader, much to his dismay. Maybe they'll grow on him?
