Lord Visius locked the door to his chambers. This psyker was an enigma.
Being as powerful as she was in the use of the warp, she could be an impressive asset to him. He wanted to be the one to mold her, so keeping her separated from the other psykers he took, kept them from influencing her. Traveling forward in time was not unheard of in the warp but to travel forward from the past that many thousands of years was impressive. He would have to press her further on how that happened. But at the moment obligations must be met.
As he made his way to the bridge his lieutenant met him. He was slightly shorter than Visius, but lieutenant Sithal was as soft as stone. Unlike most followers of the God of Pleasure, Sithal never showed his emotion, choosing to leave everyone guessing what mood he was in.
"My Lord, I have taken the liberty of moving the fleet out of the blast zone of the Black Ship, which will detonate within minutes. We have also received transmission from the Stygian Beauty, they say that they have been able to capture the Naval vessel with minimal to some moderate damage. Captain Domitious also wishes to speak to you personally as soon as they rendezvous."
Visius took his place on his command throne, "Granted. Set a course for the nearest uninhabited system, send coordinates to the Stygian Beauty and the fleet, that we will rendezvous with them there. Inform Captain Domitious that I will meet with him in my council chambers when he arrives."

Pilot Kriphion successfully encrypted and silently sent the message to the Black Legion ship that survived the ordeal against Visius' fleet. His experience in sabotage made this a lot easier.
Kriphion was sent with a group out to infiltrate and spy on the Emperor's Children for the Black Legion two centuries ago, but he and a few others ended up in Lord Vicius' fleet. Even though Vicius' fleet was not the main chapter they meant to infiltrate, he and his team were still able to gain information here and there.
He was a dedicated servant of Slaanesh, but had sworn allegiance to Abbadon the Despoiler, the Warlord of the Black Legion.
A prized psyker, delivered into the Black Legion's hands would greatly raise him up the ladder of success.
Kriphion had at least three comrades on each ship in this fleet. He would be sure to be present when the Stygian Beauty arrived, after hearing the captain calling for a private audience with the Lord Visius, he hoped his operatives would have some intelligence on that matter.

Isis awoke to the door hissing open. The light from the outside corridor illuminated the front half of the room, but because she had picked a back corner she was particularly hidden by a consul of some kind.
A normal sized man walked in. He wore a hooded long coat, so his face was shadowed. Outside the door she saw two of the large armored men from earlier.
The man walked up to a table near the large chair that faced the armor in the wall, and left a tray with some sort of objects on it. Must be the food, this 'Lord Visius', as he called himself, said he would have delivered.
Abruptly The man turned and left. One of the armored men activated the door control and once again the door hissed shut and locked.
Isis never moved from her shadow in the corner.
This was bad.
Why would she need guards? She never proved a threat, unless her spells worried them. But she was so weak at this moment she doubted she could move a pen. Plus she knew she wasn't the only one on this ship with abilities. It could be that she is from the past?
41,000 some years! She snorted, she was practically a Neanderthal. A caveman!
She sat there for a few moments just staring at the table the tray was on. Her empty belly feeling hollow and rubbing a blister on her spine.
Clenching her jaw she tried to remember when she last ate, it had to have been days.
She can at least look to see what was brought.
Moving to stand, her whole body stiff and sore, protested but finally complied.
It was rather very dark in here but luckily there were some glowing lights on a console that was attached to the table.
From the looks of it, the tray had some kind of different fruits and what looked to be bread laid on it with a metal cup and a metal pitcher. She lifted a fruit to her nose and sniffed. It had a sweet citrus scent to it. She put it back on the tray. She picked up the pitcher.
"Please let it be water." She prayed.
It was dark in the pitcher so again she smelled the contents.
It had a floral yet citrus smell. Juice? Wine?
She curled her lip at the thought of wine in her state.
She looked at the fruit for a few seconds. How would her body react to alien food?
Apparently Earth didn't grow anything anymore, her heart dropped at the thought. She hoped that was a lie.
She pushed Earth out of her mind quickly.
So these most definitely came from another planet...
She grew excited at the thought of experimenting, but this was not the place to indulge on foreign cuisines and have an outbreak or illness.
She groaned.
What to do?
Curiosity won the better of her. She tore one open. Its skin reminded her of a plum but it was shaped rather like a pear with two oblong ends. Juice popped and ran down her fingers. Tilting the fruit towards the light coming off the consul controls she could see the coloring of the inside of the fruit was a darker gray than the outside, on the inside tiny seeds were set in the center.
"Finally something familiar."
She smiled, as she collected the small seeds and put them in her pocket, she might need these later. Her hands moved stiffly, her skin tight around the joints and felt hot but they still moved.
Bringing the fruit to her nose she smelled again, the aroma was exhilarating. Girls would kill for this scent in a shampoo.
She brought a finger to her mouth that had juice on it. Her taste buds danced at a tantalizing mixture of sweet and tart. The taste was different then any fruit she had had before. She was about to go for a bite when she caught herself. Damnit, she felt like Eve in the garden of Eden.
She put the fruit back on the tray. She'd think about it, she decided.
She was still very tired and her head throbbed slightly, but she did manage to gain a cat nap which helped. She looked around the room seeing an open door near the front of the room on the side. There she found a bench with an inverted dome. Upon further inspection there was a button above it on the wall.
"I wonder if this is what I think it is.." She mumbled, hesitating, her finger over the button.
"Do it." She tried to cheer herself on. But she still hovered over the button.
"Ugh, do it!" She hissed.
She pushed it.
With a squeak she jumped back as the dome swiveled open quickly and the sound of a vacuum sucked everything that would be in the dome down..somewhere.
"It's a toilet, oh thank heaven it's a toilet." She paused. "Where's the paper?" She mumbled as she looked around. "Please don't tell me they use 'three seashells' kinda crap." She scoured the 'restroom'. It was until she found a cupboard in the wall and she sighed a breath of relief. Inside she found..old paper. "Better then nothing."
Back in the main room on the other end of where she slept in the corner, was a doorway. Soft lighting came from within.
Walking over, she peered into the room. It was as large as the first but this one was lined with books and scrolls; it even had a pedestal. On the other end, what she could think of, looked to be an alchemy nook. Large shelves held liquid, powder and other stuff in bottles and jars. Another large table held a burner and tools for creating...whatever you'd create with stuff like that.
Stepping in she walked over to the books and scrolls. What books had writing on the spine, were strange and alien to her. She wasn't brave enough to touch anything yet. If this Visius was secure in putting her in here and allowing her to wander the rooms with posted guards outside, she didn't think there would be a threat. But, she did not want to chance it at this time.
There was another door on the side of this room, but it was shut. She went to it, like the first one it had a key code.
Chewing her lip she decided it was probably best to leave that alone for now.
After taking her time observing the alchemy section, she returned to the main room.
She was able to view the trophies on the wall now.
"What in the holy hell is that?" Whispering as she gaped.
The centerpiece was huge, about the size of a hippopotamus' head. And just as wide.
Most of it was covered in what looked to be jagged scrap metal. Its lower jaw was metal with jagged points that nearly reached near its eyes. It had what looked to be an eyepiece that telescoped outward and half its head had metal..nailed.. to the skull.
The others were various alien creatures just as odd but very large.
Her gut rolled and released a low growl, reminding her it was still empty.
Isis looked over at the table and frowned.
She didn't want to eat it. But she was starving.
Just eat half of one and see how it settles. Walking back over to the food tray, she poured half a glass of whatever the drink was and grabbed half the fruit she tore open earlier and made her way back to her original corner.
Glancing at the large throne and the cushions that surrounded it as she passed. It was an intimidating piece, figures were molded in the structure in various positions of what looked to be torture, sent shivers down her spine. Not wanting to look too long at it, she quickly bypassed it.
Isis ate the fruit faster then she would have liked, but hunger gnawed at her insides. When she finished, she savored the taste as it lingered on her tongue. She started to feel relaxed afterwards. Her nerves unwound. Surprisingly she felt slightly full from the small portion. Perhaps she went longer without eating than she thought.
She took a sip of the drink, she decided it was a juice of some kind and finished that too.
Leaning back against the wall she shut her eyes. She was still very tired and it didn't take long for her to succumb to it.

A cycle and a half later Captain Domitious entered the council chambers half carrying, half leading a heavily injured and semi sedated Biologus. Her mechadendrites were either powered down or damaged, for the robotic arms on her back hung limply behind her. Her dark red robes were chared and torn in places. Also known as a Genetor, they were highly skilled in the arts of the flesh and genetics.
Captain Domitous forced her to her knees before the Lord Captain.
"We managed to capture an eighth of the crew, but this one had the most interesting intel." Domitous bent down next to the Biologus, "Now, tell him everything you told me." His voice rasped next to her head.
The Biologus' head swayed from the drugs and her speech was static through the damaged vocal port, but understandable, if sluggish.
"An unknown vessel was reported with a high psyker presence in the void. We found three humans, one of which was the psyker... We intercepted the vessel and I was instructed to perform medical tests on them. For their ship was extremely damaged...Their blood tests proved.."
She paused for a moment, her cybernetics clicking and humming trying to fight the sedatives, but with a prompting nudge from Domitous her tongue loosened once more.
"Proved unbelievable... They carried the same DNA as the Gene-Seed DNA.
I ran more tests and several DNA probes to confirm. All came back 99.9 percent. I am 97.6 percent positive that they are descended, if not directly from the Lord Emperor himself. I sent my findings to my Forge World for clarification.. but that is when the Inquisition made their appearance." The biologus hung her head either from the sedatives or from the guilt of treason to her people. Domitous handed Visius a dataslate of the biologus' records. Visius looked them over to find that they conquered with her testament.
Squatting down in front of her, Visius placed his hand under her chin, tilting her head up. Her bionic eye dimmed but focused on him. Using his abilities to exhume an intoxicating fragrance as he spoke, his voice low and soft.
"Thank you for offering this information freely. I would like to invite you to join us and sup sweet excess of knowledge and pleasures unimaginable. I promise you will not regret it. Will you accept?"
Her head lulled in his hand, electronics buzzed and whined trying to compensate against the sedatives and his psyker appeals.
"I am..incapable of feeling...I am..Mechanicus." She responded sluggishly.
"Then learn how to make your bionics sing with pleasure." Using a diminished form of warp lighting, he sent the charge through his hand and into the biologus in a sadistic form of electro pleasure.
The biologus stiffened under the assault, her bionics foreign to any kind of pain or pleasure. She shuttered before collapsing from the sensory overload.
Smiling down at her, "Slaanesh will help you understand, as long as you embrace the Prince of Pleasure." Visius lifted her body and handed her off to Domitious.
"Make sure she finds a home here, Good work Captain."
Domitious took the unconscious admech and bowed before leaving with the biologus to head back to his ship.
Visius returned to his Command Throne on the bridge. This psyker value was proving to be more intoxicating than he thought. The information the biologus had given, opened up whole new realms of possibilities.
"Lieutenant, I want 2 combat servitors and two of my personal vanguard marines to pull security outside my chambers. Only my personal servant and I are allowed entry unless I specify. Now, prepare to enter the warp to our original coordinates and send Commander Sorek our ETA, notify him that I will explain our tardiness with him personally."
I do not own anything of GW or warhammer 40k.
