The shadowy figure came to Spongebob and Patrick. A grin glinted from the hood as it stood menacingly before them. Patrick was upset; Spongebob was trembling.

"Hey," Patrick growled, "Your that jerk who hurt Spongebob and me earlier!"

The figure chuckled, "Why Yes, I am."

"Oh, you're going to regret you did that," Patrick said, winding up a swing, but Spongebob held back his hand.

"Wait a minute Pat," Spongebob said, "Let's not be so hasty this time."

Patrick sighed, "Okay."

Patrick's arm dropped to his side.

"If I may," Spongebob asked, "Why are you here?"

"Isn't it obvious?" The figure replied inquiringly, "I'm here to stop you from going home and summoning more ocean magic."

"Okay," Spongebob said and then asked, "Who are you exactly? I'm having trouble placing your voice."

"Oh," The figure said, "You sweet innocent Sponge. I'm your worst nightmare! Chosen by The great titan Malum to finally destroy you."

"Malum," Spongebob said, "I don't recognize that name, but what's your name?"

The figure's smile widened, and they said, "I suppose it's time I reviled myself."

They reached behind them and pulled out a hand mirror, the handle of which was a scarlet red. The shadowy being is holding the mirror up to Spongebob.

"Look into my magic mirror," The being explained, "and it will show you precisely what you want to see."

SpongeBob quipped, "this is a trap, isn't it?"

"What," The hooded figure scoffed, "No, what reason would I have to deceive you?"

"To trap us on land," Patrick said, "Even I'm not that dumb."

"Seriously," Spongebob said, "We're smarter than to fall for that."

"I see," The figure said, putting the mirror away, "I can't fool you."

The figure then slowly took off their hood. A strange face appeared; they had her hair covering one of their eyes. They wore scarlet red lipstick, and their visible eye was a firey red.

"I am Natalie," The shadow introduced themselves, "And if you manage to finish this quest, I will hunt you down, Relentlessly. I will make your mere existence into eternal torment."

"Nice to meet you," Spongebob said, "I look forward to seeing you again."

Natalie growled, "You say that now, but I will find a way to break you yet!"

She then glared at Patrick and snarled, "You better hope your allegiance isn't misplaced, seastar!"

Patrick scowled, "I have made my choice, you big bully."

Natalie turned to the Lobster and smiled, "Simon, be a dear and don't listen to what those two boobs have to say. They will say anything to make you go back to the ocean, like a coward."

"I won't let them get in my head, master," the lobster said.

Natalie disappeared after she made a puff of smoke.

"I have a feeling that wasn't the last time we'll see her," Spongebob said.

"So uh," the lobster asked, "What are you doing here?"

"We're looking for Neptune's crown," Patrick answered.

"Oh," The lobster said, "We put it in our giant mansion."

"What," Spongebob asked.

The lobster led them to a massive building.
