What did Zachary see when he looked in the tumbler's mirror during the masquerade?

They were referred to as Weapons. It was said with the kind of awe reserved for those of the elite. Most had no idea though what bearing such a title actually entailed.

After the traumas of Blackveil, King Zachary has been forced to uphold the marriage agreement. Dark powers are gathering and the final battle between good and evil looms on the horizon. Will the king assert his power and follow his heart? And where is Karigan, who has a part to play in the future of Sacoridia?

Post BV: Karigan wakes up in a mender's cot, not the stone box, and deals with the events that transpired while she was gone. This is what happens when the emotional and physical stress bear down on a single human girl, and how she deals with the aftermath. Sequel planned.
