This is a Tanjirou x Tamayo. Don't worry I changed a few things so it won't sound wrong. The basic summary is in the first chapter aka the clarifications.

Douma suffers the twelves pains of purgatory with Shinobu at his side as they await their respective entrances to heaven and hell. Douma/Shinobu, Doushino-centric.

Shinobu is overworked and exhausted and Tanjiro takes notices. (nothing overtly romantic happens but i feel its meant to be Tanjiro X Shinobu)
