Chapter 2

Daichi Haruki walked to the orphanage's dining room with Renka Sato. He entered the room following Renka. He sneezed entering the dust covered room. He bumped into a long table and knocked over a bowl of gruel. He then felt silence in the dinning room. He then quickly looked around the room and saw the orphans looking at him, before going back to eating thier gruel. He felt Renka ruffle his hair before going to get some food for them. He walked towards the back of the dinning room and noticed one group of orphans playing a game at a round table and had an empty chair.

"What are you doing?" he asked.

The orphans looked at him "We're playing poker" They answered.

He nodded and took a breath "So can I join the game" He watched as the orphans whispered among themselves. He scratched his face as the group nodded and pulled out the empty chair . He took a seat on the chair as the dealer placed five cards in front of him. He played his cards first and watched as the orphans folded thier cards .

"Full house , if you did not fold I would have won" He said with a smirk as the next hands of cards were placed in front of each of them .

The dealer chuckled as each player looked at their cards . "Let's make this round interesting loser has to reveal one secret" He said .

Daichi looked at his cards and folded his hand . He crossed his arms as the orphans looked at him .

"Fine my secret is I know this orphanage secret!" he shouted as Renka came over holding two plates of steak and potatoes .

He scratched his face and got up from the chair and went to a different table . He took a seat as Renka placed the plates of food on the table . He watched as Renka cut the steak for him . He slowly ate the steak and potatoes . He finished his steak and potatoes and looked Renka in the eyes .

" So why not gruel?" He asked.

Renka smirked and was full and put the rest of his steak on Daichi plate.

"Not telling, Daichi finish eating then will look for some clues on what happened to your parents" He said.

Daichi nodded and ate the steak slowly enjoying the meal. He took a breath and sighed as Renka was talking to a girl who was patting his head. He kept eating his steak . He went to her white pair of pants pocket and took her wallet. He finished the steak and saw the girl place her hand in his face . He placed the wallet in her hands.

He chuckled " sorry master, it's been awhile" He said as Renka mouth was pointing between him and the girl with violet and teal hair.

Renka placed his hand on his face "Daichi, you know Katsuki Mika" He asked and then looked at the girl who was around 15 years old.

" Katsuki Mika, how in the heck do you know Daichi Haruki" He asked.

Katsuki crossed her arms and looked at the two boys. She winked as a single for the two boys to follow her. She left the dinning room and noticed Daichi and Renka following closely behind her. She entered the orphanage owner's office and took a seat at the desk . She glared at the boys who sat on the leather recliners in front of her desk.

"Simple Renka, Daichi family shrine had some money issues so I donated some money I stole to his family's shrine and taught him some thief skills and told him this orphanage secret and to come here to complete his training" She answered.

Renka watched as Daichi shrugged his shoulders as he looked at him. " Um Daichi, Don't you think that's why your parents ended up dead!" He screamed.

Daichi was about to speak as an orphan brought in some tea. He nodded thanks as he took a tea cup from the orphans hands. He took a sip of his tea as did Renka and Katsuki.

"It's a possibility, but that was a year ago when Mika gave that money to the shrine" he said.

Katsuki Mika placed her tea on the desk and glared at the two boys who quietly drank their tea. She used her quirk and sighed and got up from her chair and slapped the two boys. She sighed again as both boys cursed.

"Do you want to get slapped again!" She shouted.

She crossed her arms and picked her tea cup and took a sip. She grabbed a notebook off of her desk and handed it to Daichi. She opened the notebook and handed Daichi a pen. She noticed a questioning look on both boys faces.

"Just write this down, Daichi and Renka your both going to bring a lot of trouble for me according to my quirk that allows me to see the future once a month" She Said. She finished her tea and placed the cup on the desk.

She pointed to Daichi first "Listen up,strange creatures will appear on the day you meet your brother from your birth family, and on the same day you will find the reason your adopted family was killed" She said .

She then turned to Renka and glared at him,before slapping him again. "Because of you the secret of this orphanage will be discovered!" She shouted. She calmed down as she was handed another cup of tea and took the tea and took a sip. She took another sip of tea as Daichi finished writing in the notebook. She took the notebook and looked at what he wrote and scowled at him.

" you did not have to write everything that happened after I said write this down" She said in defeat.

Daichi yawned and left the office as Renka and Katsuki spoke. He walked to the outside of the orphanage and looked at the moon. He thought about the look on Katsuki face as he left the office. He walked around the orphanage garden. He heard screams and saw heros battling strange creatures. He noticed a creature and was saved by a hero with green eyes and green hair.

Izuku looked at the young kid and both kept staring at each other. the sounds of the battle around them . Both kept staring at each other . Both were silent as the fighting stopped. He was about to speak as the kid ran into the orphanage. He had a dumbfounded look on his face as Bakugou gave him a look.

"yeah yeah, I have to ask that kid some questions" He said walking into the orphanage along with the rest of his friends. He looked around the orphanage and saw the orphans headed to their rooms. He then heard a scream and rushed forward. He entered the office and saw three people unconscious and hurt. He felt someone hit him with something from behind. He woke up, and heard the ticking of a clock. He saw a few hours past and felt the tightness of the ropes around his wrist. He noticed the boy with the part on the right hair style was awake along with the red headed boy , and saw the girl with violet and teal hair staring at them.

"Don't worry I am sure the other heros, will get here soon"He said and saw the girl roll her eyes.

Katsuki saw Izuku give her a look " alright hero, that's the least of our worries " She said.

Daichi yawned as he heard the murder laughing. He felt the glares of Izuku , Katsuki , and Renka. " what you three are not the ones in danger" He said.

The murder laughed some more " that's true, Daichi Haruki but you have something that's mine and I want it back" He said and he heard the laughter of Mika.

Katsuki felt the murderer gaze " well our time is up" She said as the creatures from earlier surrounded them and she watched as Izuku , Daichi,Renka , the murderer , and her fell into the darkness.
