There are two kinds of people, those who want to leave peacefully and those who stop the former ones from doing so. This is the tale about the non-peaceful lives of the inhabitants of Gensokyo and the reasons for their headaches. Too many characters to fit in the description.

An entity called the Black Moon once attacked the Moriya Shrine in the outside world. Sanae, Kanako, and Suwako's escape from this darkness was their entry into Gensokyo. Now, the same evil comes back to haunt them years later, seeking Gensokyo's destruction, and all of the sacred land's inhabitants must band together to stave off this invasion, but will they?

When a certain incident has caused a alternate Outside World to become connected with Gensokyo, the two worlds come into conflict. Learn the story through the eyes of two characters. She doesn't want to tell our story, even though she's the one who knows it the best. Doesn't want to tell about the darkest nights, red moons blocked out by large maroon wings, the sharpened knives. She's tried writing it all down on paper but in the end she always throws the pen aside and smears ink on the page, trying to get the salty tears to subside and continue.

On a normal day, it became significantly less normal when something attack the Hakurei shrine. As Reimu and Genjii rush to find the culprit, they were unwittingly falling into the shrines archenemy's trap.

As a normal human with no powers, I was presented with the task of conquering Gensokyo for the amusement of others, who expected that I would die trying. But anyone that can read the title knows I have a trick or two up my sleeve.
