As Luffy and the crew was sailing peacefully but were technically lost. They saw Three pirate Grunt on the water without a boat. So they decided to interrogate them. So The Crew pulled the three onto the Dinghy. "Thank you for saving us." They pulled out a Knife. "Now this Dinghy belongs to us." But before they could do anything, their knife was cut by Zaraki. "No you answer our question." Zaraki said.

"Where is Shell Town? I want you to point." Luffy said. The leader of the group could only point towards Shell Town. "I will go scout and neutralize all the threats. You follow behind me." As Luffy said this he Geppo'd towards Shell Town. He was just above it when he saw a orange haired girl being attacked by some of Buggy's Grunt. Luffy pulled out his Totsuka and then slashed all of them before coming in front of the girl. The Girl was in shock. A guy had come out of the sky and just killed three of Buggy's Men.

"Thank you boss. Let me treat you." Nami said. "You can treat me when my Crew gets here." Luffy replied causing Nami to groan. "So you are a filthy Pirate. I thought you were a decent guy." "And what gives you the right to say such a thing. You are a thief. You may have Problem with some small pirate like Buggy but there are many better Pirates out there." Luffy said as he looked at Nami. "Besides we are not even a pirate without a Jolly Roger."

On the other side of the town, a dark glooming figure looked at his crew in disappointment. "You couldn't even catch a thief?" the figure asked. One of them tried to explain it to him but he just levitated him. The unfortunate one was then taken just to the mouth of a cannon. "Prepare the Buggy Ball. " Then the unfortunate one was blown up. Then the figure sat on a throne to show that it was just a clown. "Find the Map. It is the Map to the Grandline. We were suppose to leave by now."

On the other side Luffy and his Crew where sitting with Nami as Nami told them what was happening. "So Buggy is oppressing this town. Let's take care of him." Luffy said as both the First-Mate and Swordsman grinned. The three moved towards were Buggy's Ship was.

On the Ship, Buggy was shouting at all of his crew as they had not only lost the Map but also the Thief. "How coul-" Before he could complete the question the door hinged was burst open as Three Man walked in. "Who are you flashy bastards?" Buggy asked as Luffy said something that left him shocked.

" You were once a Crew Member of the Roger Pirate with other Notable People. But they were older so nothing can be said against you. But your "Rival", Who is as old as you is already above where you can even think to stand. Don't you feel pathetic. A Powerful Devil Fruit but you are still weak." Luffy said as Buggy got angry. "I will show you who is weak. Mohji Cabaji attack him.""Zoro you take the Lion Guy and Zaraki you take the Cycle guy." Both of them Hai'd and intercepted their respective opponents.

Zoro had the least work. He just used his newly formed technique, Oni Giri to slash the Lion into pieces. But Zaraki had a stronger opponent, stronger than Lion that is. 'Acrobat Technique: One Hundred Tops Typhoon.' Cabaji said as he threw the Tops but Zaraki just cut all the Tops with a slash. 'Acrobat Technique: Wall Riding Technique' Zaraki saw that the guy was going for a High Ground attack. He wanted to see it. As that guy got ready to fall down and say the attacks name, Zaraki understood it was going to be a weak attack. Before Cabaji could say the name of the attack Zaraki disappeared. 'Karito Kiru' Cabaji heard and turned around only to see a large Sword Slash aimed for him and that was the last thing Cabaji saw.

Buggy looked to see both of his strongest member lost. He needed to be careful. "What do you need? Who even are you?"

"I am Monkey D Luffy. I am the one who will be the Pirate King. I am the Warrior of Liberation. And I am here to Liberate this Town from you." As Luffy said that his Devil Fruit Effect was so strong that his hair and clothes turned white for a second and everyone weak willed fainted. But like before this effect lasted for about a second and died down and like before everyone with strong Kenbhoshoku felt it. Four person were the most happy. Shanks because Anchor was finally setting sail, Garp and Dragon because they knew Luffy was gonna cause a lot of problem and a White Haired Old Guy because he was gonna meet the person Shanks talked so much about, the person who was like his Captain and also the boy his Captain wished to meet.

"Oh so a no name brat like you think he can take on the Grand Line and survive." Buggy aimed his hands towards Luffy 'Bara Bara Windmill' but Luffy just used his Totsuka blade to slice the arm. Then Luffy disappeared. Buggy looked around but couldn't see him anywhere. But then he felt two fist in his back. "You have caused a lot of pain now suffer for the pain you caused." Then ' Sai Dai Rin: Rokuogan '. At that moment Buggy felt pain. A lot of it.

At the same time, the villagers had come to see the commotion only to see that Buggy and his crew were easily defeated. Nami was standing in shock as Luffy punched the still in pain Buggy far away. Nami then made her way towards Luffy. "You are going to the Grand Line aren't you? That is my Goal too. How about we work together till then?" Nami asked Luffy, who just nodded as he had just got another crew mate.
