This is a Klayley story. Two people find love at a time neither of them had expected.

Klaus and Hayley at the ball. 1x16. ONE SHOT.

Set during season 1. Kataleena, a witch, is pregnant with Klaus's child. She'd thought she'd be smarter than the wolf he'd knocked up before her. She has no intention of being under his control, even if he does say because she's such a powerful witch they can save New Orleans for their child. But she knows he's only pretending to care. Or, at least, she hopes...

Rebekah Mikaelson returns to New Orleans to see her niece as she continues to enjoy her freedom.

When she needed him, he wasn't there. Why? She didn't know, but she was determined to find out. And she would stop for nothing to make things right once she did know. {Hayley/Elijah}

Klayley one-shot. Takes place after the events of 1x16. Klaus is mourning the loss of his sister and gets comfort from an unexpected visitor.

The Mikaelsons decide to celebrate Christmas in New Orleans with a ball; a ball that Hayley would rather not attend if there were better things to do, thank you very much.

Elijah turns off the doubts in his mind holding him back, just long enough to make a move. Elijah/Hayley one-shot.

Story start after 1x08. Hayley never thought that Klaus could be the one who hold her heart but day by day she started to believe in Klaus redemption too. She will see not the monster, but a lonely hybrid who only want a family who love him, unconditionally: just like her.
