"Papa, Liz needs me," Luca told his father as soon as he saw him.

"When do you leave?"
"The day after tomorrow. Papa said that you want to send Liz and the kids something?"
"Si, I have something for them, would you mind coming to our house later to get it so you can easily pack it with your things."

Meredith is in the OR suddenly her phone rang.

After the phone call, all of the staff inside the OR were shocked, they knew that Meredith can speak Italian, but they thought it was because of Andrew and during her college days. Meredith didn't see the curious eyes that were on her, she just continued to operate on her patient with a lot of things on her mind.

Meredith and Ellis had just arrived at Malpensa Airport, they saw Anna, Josef, and Luca waiting for them at the exit. Meredith then quickly ran to Luca's open arms and hugged each other.
