Radio playing quietly in the background, only there to break the silence. The dim light of the lamp glowing creating a orangey yellow reflection on the paper. Black ball point pen lying beside the paper waiting to be used. Envelope really, Address printed neatly on the front, Stamp in the top right corner. All ready to go now all that was missing was the letter to go inside.

Jac and Jonny are ordered to India to perform major heart surgery on an important patient, but they find themselves entangle in a dangerous web of deceit, corruption and crime with no one to turn to. The police are crooked, the phone-lines are tapped, and Hanssen can't be reached. They soon discover what lies at the centre, but can they overcome it to return home alive?

Jac is keeping her Endrometrosis a Secret from Jonny, but when she rushes out of theatre Elliott questions her. When she tells Elliot whats going on he practically forces her to tell Jonny whats going on. When Jonny finds out what is his reaction be and want does it mean for the future... And when a face from Jac's past returns how will she react ?
