This is what Hanssen said to Sahira at the end of 'Out on a Limb.' But he said so much more with his eyes . Anyway what follows is my idea of what that statement could've led to. This is my first fanfic so please read and review.

A huge pile up on M4 results in Hanssen losing a patient.Sahira Shah is in London attending a medical convention and Hanssen is left to tell her despite all his medical skill he just couldn't save her husband. Whew...hope you enjoy.

During a coffee break Sahira stumbes across somethings that give her a better understanding of her fellow doctors.

Inspired by last weeks all good things! This story continues after Sahira departs Hanssen's office Next day he reveals to Greg and Jac his plans for them and Sahira finds out how she really feels about Hanssen! A second meeting in his office reveals all!x

Sahira notices how much respect Hanssen has for her, as well as what she has long known about him, and herself and comes to a conclusion: some things can be changed.

*Updated* A little ficlet based on the episode "All Good Things". My take on a scene between Hanssen and Sahira in that episode. If you've seen it, you'll "get" the title - I couldn't think of a better one, sorry! Now a two-parter! T for language.

He wished he could change what he had done that day, all those years ago. He wished that he did not have to suffer the same dream over and over, because he knew why it hanuted him. Mostly Hanssen, and a little bit of Sahira friendship in there.

I wrote this a while ago, after I found out Luke Roberts was leaving Holby City. This is for all you dedicated Jac and Joseph fans out there like me!
