"Batgirl wait sto-GAH!" Barbara pounced on him with the fury a overly curious girl who didn't get to ask her question
"Hah!" Barbara cheered as she straddled Izuku's back "that's what you get!"

"Great Hera" they heard Diana speak in wonder in the new surroundings "what kinda magic thi-"
She stopped when her eyes came upon her friend sitting on her boyfriend's back
"This…" the redhead tried to find a way to get out whatever hell Diana was gonna put upon her "... is exactly what looks like"
The amazon promptly picks up both the redhead and green haired boy
"Stay" she told Barbara like she was a misbehaving dog, then took her own seat leaving Izuku on her lap
Izuku blushed so hard that it glowed through his mask and helmet
"I thought the girl was supposed sit in the boy's lap" luke spoke up "that's how my mom and dad do it when they get all kissy and gross"
Izuku's face got redder
"Normally yeah little dude" Hall cut it "but Diana is like way taller than Izuku"
"Onee-chan normally has both my nii-chan and Karen-nee sitting on her lap at home" Eri added adorable and innocent and definitely not helping Izuku's blush

"Okay greenie not to interrupt or anything but waller said to hold these" Kara then brings out Waller's Glock 19 and Glock 26, both barrels pointed at izuku in the most unsafe way possible Izuku immediately used Armament haki covered hand to cover the muzzles and mover move the Kryptonians hands away from him and anyone else
"Don't Point those at me!" Izuku scolded before taking both of them, unloading them, popping the rounds out of both chambers and removing the slides from the frames "why did waller sensei give you these?"
"Well, you see…" Jessica was trying to find the words to describe how tense the situation with Oliver and principal waller got, she was the last one in the zeta and she caught a glimpse of what looked like both of them squaring up
"I'm pretty sure that Oliver had more than words he needed to get out…" jess said through a worried face
"Should I be worried?" Izuku asked
"Maybe" Karen does the so-so motion "my auntie is…"
"A genuine demon?" Hal speaks up

Karen gave them all a face, not a pleased one, she loved her aunt Amanda despite all the shady things she's done

Izuku didn't have much information about the aquatic hero, other than the knowledge that he is his Atlantean royalty. Surprisingly the laid back look blonde man never stopped for an interview or spoke during press confesses, usually leaving the talking to other league members or any Atlantean delegation was there
"Well looks like that question is gonna be answered" Garth said in excitement
"Welcome students to the orientation of GL-" Superman announced only to be interrupted by batman
"We're still missing people" Batman glared at everyone and if he had laser vision he would have burnt the gun parts that were laying in front of Izuku "other than the two none of you have had contact with, one we know is with Black Canary, we are missing Agent Waller, Carter Hall and Oliver Queen. Where are they?"
"Carter has been missing since lunch" garth answered
"And my aunt stayed back with Oliver to talk" Karen answered, though again like maybe times before she really wished she didn't because she shrank down and proceeded to hide on her boyfriend's shoulder
"And the guns little dude?" Aquaman asked and izuku did not know what to expect from the king of Atlantis but it wasn't for him to sound like a surfer
"T-those are Waller sensei's, she gave t-to supergirl to give to me to hold on to them until she finishes her talk w-with Oliver-san" Izuku stood up to answer, only sporadically stuttering and he was proud of himself for that
"Alright alright alright" Aquaman said calmly before walking to one of the walls where a clearly labeled first aid cabinet was and take out the big medical bag and placing it on the table then bringing out bandages, rubbing alcohol, sutures and gloves, only stopping when everyone looked him in confusion "what? None of you dudes think that a 'talk' with the Wall is an actual talk right?"
"The wall?" Jessica asked
"Yeah Waller was… is the scariest G-man… G-Woman?" Aquaman distracted himself "doesn't matter, she is scary for normal people and was the boogeyman for metas back in the day, me included before I figured out the whole being king of the ocean thing"

"Billy…" Giovani spoke up, because he felt it and he was pretty sure that his daughter felt it too "that was a demonic portal"
"Yeah?" the now-named Billy told him back "Morningstar, as in lucifer… you know… the devil"
"WHAT!" Zee shouted in fear, while her father was stunned into silence
"What he's not that bad" billy brushed off the fact he was in contact with the king of hell "he makes a good chocolate souffle, and he plays poker with mister Constantine"

She had long blonde hair, blues eyes, an athletic build and was the same height as the boy who just came out of the portal wearing this blue and white long sleeve cheer leader's outfit and white vans
She also paid no mind to the chaos around her as she calmly walked into the frey texting and took the seat closest to billy, but not before giving him a peck on the cheek causing the boy to blush
"Court-" thrice the last son of krypton was interrupted today, but this time not by the caped crusader, not by a hell portal but by a small teenage girl finishing her text
The new girl to join them sent her message and put her phone away
"Sorry about that I needed to wait for my dad to sign me out of school before coming here" she explained, revealing she had braces when she spoke
"Should we begin without everyone else or should we wait?" Giovanni asked
"Waller-sensei said to g-give her five minutes" izuku looked at his watch "but that was ten minutes ago so maybe I should go check on them"
"I'll go with you" Karen told her boyfriend, regrowing back to normal size to follow him back to the zeta

"Or not" the shrinking hero said to herself as took a seat, and then winced as her aunt was helped into the room by the new blonde teacher with an arm around her shoulder, sporting a busted lip, the beginnings of a black eye on her right and Oliver's ascot in her freehand pressed against her definitely broken nose

"Nothing I didn't have coming" waller said as the older Dinah put her down in a chair
"And It seems we came to an… understanding" Oliver took his seat

"We can discuss that later" the agent told them "And we are running late as is so please just begin with orientation"
"We're still missing carter" Hal spoke up
"He's out with pops" the younger Dinah answered, as she replaces the bloody bandana on Oliver's head for proper gauze and bandages, "said about catching up with an old friend"
Looking out to see the confusion of about half her new students the older Dinah decided to explain
"I'm guessing that most of the boys know about Carter's… predicament" the blonde teacher told them

"Hai" Izuku answered "He was a Hero who made his debut alongside Hawkwoman during the second world war and is believed to have handed down the mantel to their son and daughter who joined the JSA in the 50s and once more to a married couple in the 70s each time taking an extended Hiatus between retirement and re-debuted"
"That's is what JSA told the public" Garth continued "but there's only ever been one Hawkman and it's Carter"
"WHAT!" everyone who was not in the loop shouted
"Yeah… those Hiatuses were just Carter dying and growing up, getting his memories back and choosing to be Hawkman… at least for the last three times" Garth explained "I think he said something about being Anne Bonny's cabin boy last week"

"I would like to Welcome all you students to Mount Justice and the orientation of the GLI's first hero class or as we dubbed it the Titans Program" superman finally began "Now I know that many of you have questions but we do ask that save them for the end"
"As it stands you children will be the first of hopefully many students to be a part of this program" Givovai took over "all of you have the skills and abilities, along with the want and drive to protect those who can't and we know that even if we were to attempt to stop you many of you would still run towards danger if someone is in need"
"So we plan to hone the skills and abilities that you have and teach you things that will be necessary" Batman finished "and as for who will be teaching, you have met them during the day as the new teachers in metropolis high"
Batman brought out a remote and activated a holographic display of several Justice league members
Izuku from the top of his head could name Black Lightning, Wildcat, Big Barda, A Green Lantern, Black Canary, Booster Gold, The second Atom, Plastic Man and Fire
And with new intelligence Quirk working passively, he could name all of them but the old Asian man, but the justice league trusted the man so he must be an amazing hero if the justice league trust him to train them
"Many of these heroes you know, and will be teachers that will cover the use of Meta abilities, martial arts, investigation, science, technology, magic, rescue and medical" Giovanni explained "that is not to say that these will be only teachers that you will all have many league members volunteering their time to teach and train you in skills that you may choose to learn"
"Many of the skills we have made mandatory, like unarmed self-defense, espionage, conflict de-escalation and first aid" Waller spoke up "and since most of you are already actively doing Hero work, with positive results I will add, we have decided that Metropolis will be your territory"
"And the teachers along with me will be overseeing, teaching and aiding you" superman explained
"With that said allow me to explain your new schedules" batman used the remote to change the pictures of the heroes who will be training them to a schedule "from now on all of you will be given half days letting out after lunch, with mandatory training taking place here in the mountain every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, elective training will be held on Thursday and friday specialized training and scenario events taking place on the weekends"
"And thanks to the zeta tubes you all will still have time for your extra circulars" Giovanni continued "with that, I open the floor, for you children to ask any questions that were not answered"

"Um, like how is it gonna work with me and Billy, since we don't live in Metropolis?" she asked
"Since billy's situation is…" superman was trying to find how not to hint at the fact that the Justice league hired an orphaned 10-year-old as one of their heavy hitters for six years and no one knew not even batman, the only reason why they knew was that because booster gold got the dates mixed up and let it slip that he already knew and thought that the rest of league found out already "complicated, we have decided to let him live here in the mountain and since you have other obligations back home you will access to zeta tube to bring you here"
"And as for your school, I manufactured a fake advancement program so you will still have the half days and you will be here and back for cheerleading practice" waller explained
"Am I going to be here by myself?" Billy asked
"Red Tornado, Vixen, and Doctor Fate have offered to stay as a den-mother" superman told him "which reminds me, should anyone need there are several guests rooms in the mountain that are available for you to use"
"Will we have access to facilities to engineer and repair equipment?" Karen asked, her personal workshop at the young justice base was great but probably didn't hold a candle to League-equipped facilities
"Yes" the older Dinah answered "the mountain was refitted with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, both in the workshop and in the garage"
"Is Mount Justice a secure location?" Oliver asked "it was attacked publicly and the public knows that this place exists it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for another villain to attack again"
"In the aftermath of the joker's attack on mount justice, all exits were sealed off by large boulders, the doors being welded shut along with a press meeting to publicly unveil the Hall of justice as the justice league's new base of operations the sole way to gain access is through the zeta tube" Batman explained
"And in case of emergency evacuations?" Oliver asked
"Many of you can make your own exits" superman answered because seriously, these kids were scary strong when you think about it "but i took the liberty of reopening three escape hatches, one that leads through the ceiling to the top of the mountain, one to the ocean and one that leads to happy harbor's sewage system"
"Ew" zee cringed
"What, it's not like its Gotham's sewers" Barbara told her "there's probably no giant crocodile man who's gonna bite your arm off"
"I was unaware that Suchos has laid claim in Gotham" Diana said in confusion "is it normal for gods to walk amongst mortals here?"
"Yes" Billy said without hesitation, causing everyone to look him "off the top of my head, the devil has night club in L.A., Oden has a winter cabin in Montana, Ares spends most of his time in Japan, Artemis likes bow hunting in Canada and Quetzalcoatl likes spending his time in the Library of Congress"
"Why japan?" Izuku asked, putting the realization that gods are real in the back of his mind for the sake of his sanity
"Yes, what dastardly plans does the god of war have for my champion's homeland?" Diana asked
"He likes the food in Osaka" billy answered
"That's it?" Giovanni butted in because he, despite being a master magician, was never prepared for when Billy talked so casually about gods "the god of war stays in the mortal plane because of the food?"

"I do have a question?" izuku raised his hand because he'd rather deal with his own responsibilities than deal with the fact that the greek god of war lives in osaka "how exactly do I f-fit into this, it looks like you mostly have everything f-figured out"

"Sorahiko Torino denied the offer because he had pending responsibilities in japan" Batman answered "and as for why other Japanese heroes we looked into, were either rejected or denied the offer it stands as such, unpowered individuals were not taken seriously enough so that senior members of league worried that unpowered students would not have received proper attention or in the worst case abuse without league supervision"
"T-that…" Izuku tried to find some way to defend it but ultimately sighed in defeat, he remembers his school days pre-UA "sounds about r-right"
"You don't know the half of it, Mom almost beat up the snake hair 'hero' last year for asking if I was a disappointment because I didn't get her powers" the younger Dinah asked

"T-two of my classmates did their i-internship, they said that they spent most of it in a m-makeup chair, because they were pretty" izuku told them "what makes it worse is that they are two of m-more competent students of my year"
"Maybe pops shouldn't have held you back" the younger Dinah told her mom
"So what now?" Kara asked, kinda bored
"Well introductions to each other, you will be working, learning and fighting alongside each other. it would be awkward to not know each other's names" Givoni explained "and while you children do that the adults will talk and make sure your principal's nose isn't set crooked"
"All you kids behave and we'll give you a tour of the place when we get back" With that the older Dinah put an arm around her waist to help her up and into the in the infirmary, followed by the rest of the adults
"So do guys need to suit up or?..." Barbara pulled out a smoke pellet just in case they need some privacy
"No need I have my own" oliver pulled out a smoke pellet of his and tossed it onto the ground filling the Immediate area around him and his team with green smoke and just as kara was about to blow it away, a red tornado gathered it up and blew it out upwards leaving four more heroes in training

"Like a little warning, next time" Courtney scolded as she tried to get the taste of Oliver's smoke out of her mouth…
"Is your smoke peppermint flavored?" Dinah asked with a raised brow
"I hadn't had time to stock up on the regular kind so all I had left were the ones I use to on dogs" Oliver explained
"Why would you use these on poor defenseless animals" Jessica was offended on behalf of the dogs
"To temporarily keep them from smelling me" Oliver answered as if he were saying 'water is wet' "I am not a monster Cruz I wouldn't hurt a guard dog for doing what it was trained to do"
"Well you hurt my aunt" Karen said from behind Diana and Izuku
"And to justify that say that all I will say is that she turned 4 months into 5 years" Oliver told them "and I was unaware that Agent Waller had a niece"

Billy handed her a tissue, and she took it, kissed him as a thank you and blew her nose before introducing herself
"Stargirl, but you can call me Courtney" she introduced, before pulling billy towards herself in a hug "and this is my boyfriend billy"

"he doesn't have a hero 'persona' yet, but he's working on it" she explained
"So I guessing your boy toy is magic" zee asked casually "not in a fun way, but in a literal way because he dropped through a hell portal onto the table… face first"
"I thought you played chess with Lucifer on tuesdays?" courtney asked him

"I am Jessica Cruz, Green Lantern of sector 2814" She introduced politely "I'm also Metropolis high's leading environmentalist and as much as I abhor violence the reason I agreed to show up to this is because the mental health, foster and animal care programs"
"Admirable" Courtney spoke up "though that probably means we're gonna be babysitting a bunch of superpowered brats"

"Wait, you're a prince?" Zee asked in disbelief
"Well…" the short boy does the so/so motion with his hand "more like prince stand in"
"You've said that to us before, but you haven't really explained it" Hal brought up
"Well since Aquaman and Queen mera just got married like half a year ago they don't have heirs to the throne, so as his sidekick I am that until they have a baby" garth explained
"That… sucks?" Dinah questioned not really being able to tell
"Meh, my dad and moms are fine with it" the atlantean shrugged as he got down from the table "and I get to do all the Superhero stuff"
Karen gulped as she shrank, flew up to the table and regrew to her normal size
"Um… hi" Karen cleared her throat "I'm Bumblebee or Karen, I'm my teams tech and science expert, I can shrink using my suit and… and that's mostly it"
The techie slowly and awkwardly flew down to her boyfriend and girlfriend, both of whom patted her head and back lovingly to calm the blood that rushed to head in that short bout of public speaking
"Why don't we have a tech person?" Barry asked his team
"Because… huh?" Garth spoke up "why don't we have one?"
"Not of them passed my vetting process" oliver told them
"Okay it looks like I-I am the last of heroes in training to introduce themself" Izuku flew up to the table, taking a deep breath he removed his helmet and mask of to show off his face
"Ohayou, I am Izuku Midoriya but the people of Metropolis know me as the hero Deku" Izuku greeted with a bow "and as the Titans Program's student rep I promise to make sure that everyone is heard, I know some you have only met me today so I plan to work on getting you to trust me, so please treat me well"
Izuku gave one more bow before floating of the table back to his seat, where Karen would've sat in his lap if Eri didn't beat her to it
"O-oh this is my sister Eri" Izuku told the room
"Hello" Eri waved
"Oh my gosh she is adorable" Courtney gushed
"What am I then, chopped liver?" luke asked in disbelief
"She didn't put glue in my hair when I was asleep" Courtney told him

That's about when the adults came back into the room, with Waller walking in on her own power and splint on her set nose
"Children, the members of the league will take on a tour of the facilities and I will stay here until you all return" waller took a seat
"I will stay here with waller-sensei" Izuku offered "I have a c-couple of questions to ask her"
"Very well" Batman responded
"See you when we get back izu-honey" karen gave him a peck on the cheek
"Yes we shall" Diana also gave him a peck on the cheek

Izuku whole body shone in the black armored hue of his new quirk as got into a defensive stance

"D-diana-hime's" Izuku answered
"And Karen just went along with it"
"W-we fainted twice, when she found out and the other she confessed"

"It d-does, a tall, beautiful and powerful princesses confesses to t-two of the most socially inept people on the planet, your niece and her boyfriend, two people who thought that no one saw past the loser they were on the outside, when diana-hime confessed she didn't mince her words. she crafted them and it felt so… different, but the three of talked and it just happened"

"Last friday when you told honey-chan and me that you about…" his face reden and his stance faltered "you k-know…"
"And none of the three of you thought to tell me about this because?"
"Between me going into the coma, my new quirks, fighting the pros, the attack yesterday with star sapphire and the all that happened today, it probably slipped our mind"
Waller sat back down but continued to glare at the boy
"Is she happy?"
"I-if she wasn't I'd be dead."
"Yes you would." she leaned back on the chair "what did you want to ask midoriya?"
Izuku sighed in relief as he let go of his Armament haki
"I-I wanted to know if there is anything I needed to know about the titan's p-program?" Izuku asked "like who do I-I bring Issues u-up with, any responsibilities that I am g-going take on and things like that"
"Minor things you give to the teachers, things of sensitive nature you give to black canary and anything major you come to me, superman and batman" the principal told him "As for extra responsibilities, you'll help students with onboarding into the program especially with new students that start later into year"
"Are we g-going to have more students coming?" Izuku asked
"As it stands there three meta students in metropolis high with less than stellar track records, and we are currently taking in four more transfers of students of interest, two from gotham, one from coast city and one from japan"
"A-anyone I should know?" Izuku questioned
"Tatsu Yamashiro, daughter of-" the green haired boy
"Akira Yamashiro, JP rank No.125-Daikatana, the sword saint hero" Izuku dug into his memory banks to pull out any relevant information he could, his eyes widen when he did "She… quirkless"
"And a vigilante that works under the name Katana" waller told him
"Oh…"

"She'll be arriving in metropolis in two weeks times and I want you to greet her" the principal ordered
"Hai sensei," Izuku bowed to her "and if we have any younger children with quirks, do I have to do anything?"
"you do if you want to" Waller told him "but the league has allies that are willing to foster these kids… make sure that people like me don't get their hand on them"
"L-like you?" izuku asked
"There is a reason Oliver broke my nose…"

"I'll live" that wasn't a 'no' but more of a 'I don't deserve it'
"She's g-gonna ask" the boy told her as he pulled up a chair alongside her
"Let her" waller sighed "your too trusting kid"
"No… I-I don't think I a-am" Izuku countered "there is a lot you d-don't know and that I'm not ready to t-tell"
"And prey tell, what I don't know" waller raised a brow
Izuku opened his mouth but closed it, feeling this tingle in the back of his head
"B-batman probably has this r-room bugged" Izuku told her "he probably has a lot of places w-we go bugged n-now that I think about… like m-my house"
Waller looked at him for a moment
"If that flying rat has anything on Karen I'll kill him"
"I'll help you" Izuku volunteered "pretty sure half the titans would h-help you hide the body… we probably s-shouldn't tell Barbara-chan"
Speak of the devil and she will appear
"Izuku we found Hawkman and wildcat!" Barbara shouted as she skidded to a stop in front of them, the younger dinah
"Pops took him to bar in metropolis call fredric's" dinah told "its… kinda goosestepy, if you get my drift"
Waller pinched the bridge of her nose, wincing because it still broken
"So one of my teachers took one of my students to nazi bar…" she seethed "durring the middle of the schoolday"
"Well yeah… from what my mom said, they used to go to one once a week, beat everyone up, burn all their flags and melt their 'collectibles' down in make them into cool stuff" dinah brings out a challenge coin with the JSA logo on it and a set of knuckle dusters "I got these when I turned 14"
"Oh can I have one?" Barbara asked "I wanna punch out a nazi with pair of knuckle dusters"
"Its great feeling" Dinah passed her a knuckle duster
Waller deciding that her day was finished gets up and leaves
She'll leave this to the capes

So I know not as much action as you guys would've wanted but don't worry…
The next chapter won't have any fights either but it will have a lemon
Also since in the show Dick Grayson is younger, like 12 or something, I thought to myself, does Izuku need another sibling?
Yes he does… so the Midroya/Yagi household is going to get another member in a couple chapters
