A/N
Hello, it's me again… So for the review one of you peeps left me.
I believe in previous chapters Shino spent roughly a year or so in Salem's Fungen. Though the flight from Argus to Atlas took a half a Days time at most.
I took a peak at the map of Remnant and I guessed it took anywhere from 6-7 hours, maybe 8 if Remnant is bigger than earth.
Thanks for the review. As always. So our protag finally got together with Yang. And both Yang and Ruby know their mother is alive! Whoo hoo.
I can't wait to get this chapter out to Y'all! We've passed 100 followers. Thank you guys so much!
Also to FaceTheBeat: The form is Sinon's GGO one with her cat sith Tail. if this clears up your confusion I'm happy to be of service!
Enjoy the chapter guys. I took forever to finish it. Because of life. Sorry for the Wait.
LL14. Until the next chapter.

I followed Qrow and Ruby. The latter babbling excitedly to the elder. Yang was by my side, her metal hand rubbing circles into my back. Essentially she was still mothering me. But I wasn't complaining.
Ruby and Qrows conversation drifted from Summer to training. Then of all things Zwei and Tree sap. Specifically the foreverfall sap.
From there I tuned out my Father figure and Ruby. instead I focused on the two Russian shit stains.
I was going to kill them at some point.
I blinked and paused mid step. 'When did I become so malicious?'
I continued with my stride and waved off Yang's concern by telling her I needed to train because I was pent up still. Which evidently was an accurate statement.
The taller girl agreed with me and hours later I found myself in the training room. Though that was after Qrow led us to the barracks and the new equipment that Ironwood 'Generously' provided.
—-
I didn't get any fancy new additions to my weapons. Mainly because I refused aggressively to anyone who asked. The only people who were allowed to touch them were Ruby, Yang and Qrow.
I found myself getting overly large magazines and an upgrade for my .45. Ruby begged me to. Now the old 1911 was full Auto. Which is cursed. I cried a little bit as the weapons genius tore into the gun like it was a fresh cookie.
So here I was across from Yang. My newly upgraded handgun leveled at the other girl. United was out in Sword form.
My outfit has also changed. Albeit The changes were just extra armor. Not full wardrobe changes like the rest of the crew.
I squeezed the trigger and a stream of hot lead launched out at Yang. The blonde responded by pointing one arm of Ember Celcia at the floor and used the recoil from that blast to remove herself from the line of fire.
I channeled Aura into my feet and legs and dashed towards the taller girl. The .45 angrily relessing casing after casing.
My foot falls and the brass bouncing off the floor was enough to get my own blood pumping.
Yang closed the distance just as aggressively as she always does. Like a blonde torpedo one arm was curled back and ready to crush my bones if not for Aura.
Lilac met Cyan. My own grin matched hers. United was held aloft and ready for a quick jab.
Her fist sailed forward. I ducked under it and jabbed United into her thigh which she moved just enough that I got a glancing blow. My speed saved me from receiving a fist imprint into the back of my skull. Instead It was just my forearm which I foolishly raised to obstruct her fist.
I grunted and let my body lean back to help disperse the force. My .45 sneakily unloaded more bullets at her as I fell. There was nothing Yang could do to stop the onslaught. So she let her semblance eat the power.
I activated my semblance and backed away swiftly just as she smashed her gauntleted fist into the ground.
I stumbled a bit as I was rather close to the girl.
"Come on out Chino.. No one likes a pussy cat" My tail swished at the pun. I faded into sight. "Blondes these day's never change" I remarked.
My barb failed to do anything but make my date grin. "Really?" She inquired.
I shrugged and lowered my center of gravity while checking the big blue aura monitor on the far side of the small arena.
"You tell me" I winked at her. "Gullable or stupid?" I continued while sneakily reloading my handgun.
"Hmm~" She hummed.
She faced her gauntlets on the floor and got into a sprinting posture. "Stupid for you~" I couldn't stop the blush that gathered on my cheeks.
"Shaddap," I snorted. Our aura was at 87% for Yang and 71% for me because the girl hit like a runaway train.
My empty mag clanked to the ground and she sprung off with an ear shattering boom. I instantly laughed; it was a deranged little giggle. That I wasn't aware I made. I leapt forward and under her predictable strike. My .45 unleashing hell.
I dropped to my knees in a power slide only to have a well toned knee crack off my nose. The force of the blow dropped me into an uncontrolled roll. Even with aura stars danced in my vision.
My contained my roll via bouncing off my palm and launching myself into a somersault tenish feet from the ground. My .45 sprayed non stop at Yang's general area.
I landed with a smirk. And had to side step a haymaker aimed for my nose. Yang's eyes glowed red. United raked up her toned stomach and across her breasts the tip barely booping her nose.
I then corrected the momentum of my upwards strike and in a twist it was directed horizontally.
Yang raised her metal arm and my blade connected with a sharp clang. The force of the blow reverberated down my arm.
Her aura read 60% with my teetered at 65%
"When did you get so quick?" She panted out. I raised a brow. Was Yang having trouble keeping up with me?
"I had a great teacher, '' Yang began to apply more pressure to my sword. Which I responded in kind even though I knew grappling with Yang was a losing battle no matter how you sliced it.
"Don't let Uncle Qrow hear that."
I smiled and prepared to dissingague. "Why 'cause' your ego needs to be larger at all times?"
"Nop-" I removed my sword causing her to stumble forward. My other hand pistol whipped her. The drum mag cracked off Yang's skull.
"Not far" She grunted. She allowed Herself to fall. Yang being impressive as always kicked out with one lag that caught me in the middle.
I caught a glimpse of her hair glowing before the air was kindly removed from my lunges.
I was sent flying with a singular blow. Her semblance was something else.
This time I couldn't regain control of my tumble. Seconds later the barrier of the arena solved the problem for me.
"Fu-" I wheezed. My eyes widened as I moved to the right minutely and a metal fist slammed into the barrier with a discharge of buckshot that singed my hair slightly due to the healthy amounts of burn dust in the rounds.
Yang: 44% Shino: 30%
Yang's burning eyes leveled with mine as I panted. "I believe thats ring out Shino"
Her posture was trumpint. I set my sword on the ground and ran a gloved hand through my cyan locks. "Alright-Alright. You win" I admitted defeat.
If only to see her face light up.
Her heated gaze slipped down to my lips as she leaned closer the heat her body radiated only fueled my gathering blush. As did the sweat lining her hairline. The beads rolled down her neck in the most alluring of ways.
My eyes began to drift to her other aspects even when her grin darkened into something more fitting for the bedroom.
The taller girl knew exactly what she was doing to me. My tail was wagging like a dog. I could feel the furry appendage rubbing against my back.
Despite me being a cat faunus of some type.
Slow clapping interrupted our intense staring contest. "I know I'm such an amazing instructor" Qrow's pompous voice cackled out. Yang's head snapped up to the elder Huntsman who shut down the barrier.
I looked down in a blush. As Qrow witnessed us in an embarrassing, sweaty compromising position. Yang retreated from my perineal space with a grin.
"Now, This area" Qrow gestured out with his posture slumped. A lazy knowing grin on his face.
His red eyes twinkled. "Isn't the place to eye-fuck each other" He snorted in remembrance. "I should know"
Yang shuddered. "Ew" the blonde winced. While I added my own amount of sass for his interruption. "Please spare me the thought of you procreating" I stole the line from Emerald. Did I care? Hell no.
Qrow leaned back a hand over his heart. "You wound me, Blueberry"
He unsecured his flask and took a swig and pointed at me with two ringed fingers. "Watch yourself" I sat up and gathered up my weapon.
"You're too old anyway, I can't imagine the equipment would work" I snipped. Yang started hysterically laughing at Qrow's expression of shock.
His expression morphed into a frigid expression. "I AM. Not. old." He chose to ignore the joke about Little Qrow not working.
That or I was getting onto something. "What's up man?" I inquired between Yang's chuckling.
Qrow gave me the most deadpanned look I've ever received from him. Counting how many times he looked at me like that.. It was impressive.
He robotically pulled out his scroll and made a show about connecting it to the overhead board. His screen transmitted to the board. Showing his lock screen of Ruby, Yang and I. And the ungodly hour of 2:30 AM.
Yang and I spent roughly 4 hours beating each other. Because when we arrived it was beginning to become late. Going over our new gear together and with Nora's antics burned a decent chunk of time. Especially when the pancake loving demon snatched Yang's scroll and we had to chase her down.
Yang cut her laughter short and her mouth formed a little 'o' while I just shrugged uncaring at the time.
"Sleep is essential" Yang cut his lecture short. "For the best performance a Huntsman can get. We know Qrow. Dad and you tell us three that more than you tell us to stay out of trouble"
And she raised her hand and counted off of her fingers. "Which is 90% of the time around bedtime"
I shook my head in bemusement. Qrow put an end to her retort. "Nope! It's bedtime now" Yang blanched. "I-I'm nineteen"
"You still have a bedtime" Qrow announced like it was the most known thing in the world. I rose to my feet, I opened my mouth.
Qrow's gaze met mine and it stamped out the hot embers of my reply as did his words. "I'm not a-"
"Bed" He cut in. Yang indignantly stomped the ground. "You're kidding me!" The taller girl whined.
Qrow stuffed his flask away. "Yang..Shino" He warned. I threw up my hands. And turned on my heel. "Lame" Yang voiced as she conceded to Qrows orders.
"I'm not Lame!" Qrow called as he turned back to his scroll. I was abut to turn the corner to the halls when Qrow announced the last thing.
"Shino! For saying I'm old." He paused and chuckled. "You get to resolve your issues with Ironwoods lap dogs."
When he meant resolve. He meant I got to fight them. Knowing Qrow he'll have some bull shite rules. Like I'm not allowed to step on the cracks or I get to fight with my hands bound.
"Asshole!" I called back. As Yang grabbed my hand in hers. "You know it, kid" His fading smug response echoed off the walls.

Yang and I made it to the dorms in record time. She slipped into the room like an ungraceful bear while I practically gilded in. Yang without shame of me watching stripped out of her sweaty outfit and into the standard issue sleep clothes.
I watched unashamedly as I unclipped my weapons and let them fall on the nearest bed that was unoccupied.
While Yang's back was turned I slipped on the sleep shorts when the pants fell around my ankles. I left the crop top on by choice.
Ruby's snoring was the only buffer in the near silent room. I half expected Blake to be awake and reading along on one of her smutty books. But the raven haired faunus was sound asleep on the bunk above Weiss.
Yang's bunk seemed to be right below mine. Seeing as our bunks were the only ones empty. Because the other ones on the right side of the room contained Ren, Nora and Jaune. All passed out.
My eyes trailed the other girls backside. I watched Yang poke and prod at her cybernetic arm. "Dose it hurt..?"
I winced at the blatantly obvious question. I knew it hurt. Like my own scars. The one on my eye itches and stung horribly Under anytype of stimulation the pain from it was like nothing else.
"Yeah.." Yang muttered. "It gets better though" She sent me a soft smile and then yawned which caused me to do the same.
"Well! I'm beat" I nodded in agreement with her. "Long ass day" I groaned. I silently sat on the edge of the bed and held out my hands in an offer to help the other girl up onto her own bunk.
Yang smirked at me and opened her blab. "If you just wanted to touch my feet all you had to do was ask."
I frowned heavily. "Thanks for sharing with the class" I sarcastically gestured to the other sleeping occupants.
"No prob teach," Yang smugly crowed. I dropped my hands and slid myself back further on the bunk and promptly layed down my back facing the blonde.
"You ain't gettin' any help from me" With that I let my eyes flutter shut. Although Yangs snickering echoed around the room. "How cruel" her tone was defeated with a hint of mirth.
"Yup" I snorted. I heard Yang's bare feet pad over to my bed then the thud off the girl all but throwing herself on the space above me.
"Night Chino" I smiled.
"G'night Yang"

Mornings with all of us were pure hell. Blake had her hair pulled. Somehow. Nora shoulder checked me to the floor because she was running from Ren, who Had produced a toothbrush from our shared bathroom's cabinet.
Ruby and her semblance reduced the dorm to nothing but rose petal covered disaster. Yang long since started nagging Weiss about being a Princess. The Ice queen ran out of ice dust the last time she explosively froze us all in place.
So she returned to shouting at our idoitic and ruffian like actions. Which I mocked silently. Lady faith decided that when I would gather the courage to get to my feet again. A stumbling Jaune would fall on top of me.
Now why was the knight of Arc stumbling about the room like he was drunk?
Because his blanket grappled his ankle last second and he bashed his head into a wall. And then fell onto poor old me.
I cussed enough slurs and other insults at the knight that Yang covered a zooming Ruby's ears. Evidently she hadn't heard an American that's been disturbed in their morning rituals, Physically assaulted by another human. And then played doggie pile with a rather heavy person.
Minutes later amid this chaos a dusty old Qrow and a frigid Winter storm pulled the door open. I storm forth and under Qrows arm.
"Stupid, fucking, Blonde knight wannabe. And the pink-" I passed under Qrows arm. "Morning Qrow"
I stiffly stopped outside the room and leaned on the wall. Then set my booted foot upon the white surface. With a smirk sent to Winter. Who eyed my foot and the smudge it created with distaste.
I sent her a mock salute as Qrow stared in building mirth at the room of misfits. Winter huffed and broke eye contact proving me the winner of our little bout.
"Morning" The older huntsman rasped. He looked back at me with a tilt of his head. I shrugged and tapped my hand on my thigh. "Don't ask"
About this time Winter witnessed the room and went absolutely ballistic. Minutes of non stop ranting at the others from Ironwood's right hand. Was interesting to listen to, to say the least.
The word 'irresponsible' was used frequently among others like 'foolish' or 'children' and I believe she called Weiss a boob once again. Like in Volume three way back when.
Qrow for once didn't add to the elder Schnee's ire. He stood silently adjacent to my right.
I shifted my weight. As the scolding slowly came to an end.
—-
Minutes later we were in the briefing room and Ironwood gave us a long winded speech about the current state of Atlas. I openly ignored it much to his ire. I was holding a petty grudge against him for his manhandling of me.
I couldn't be mad about it considering I wouldve murdered two people in cold blooded rage and despair if he didn't intervene.
But I was upset anyway. He assigned us: Team Rwby. Team Jnr, Oscar and myself to train with the ace ops. I was looking forward to the training. And future opportunities to piss off Harriet.
Blake and Yang snatched me for their third. While Clover..? The brown haired go lucky dude on the Ace ops team set up a 3v3 in a blocky environment with certain amounts of hangovers and various large falls in between them.
And on the other team he pointed at random and got. Nora, Ruby and Weiss.
Who let the man with the luck semblance choose the opposite team at random?
The large dust generated structures continued to morph into buildings.
"This exercise will determine who can operate successfully in an urban environment," Clover explained. I looked over Yang and Blake. The latter hand a confidant smirk upon her face. While Yang was tapping her gauntleted fist together with her metal one.
Both girls had smiles presented to their opponents.
While I had a stony one presented. On the other side of the shifting environment. Nora, Weiss and Ruby lined up.
Nora was slowly spinning her hammer of doom. Weiss had the same gameface on as I did. And Ruby looked out towards Yang and I with an expression of trepidation.
We neve went easy on the younger girl during training matches. Tho Yang was the one who successfully won them. I still got my ass handed to me on a silver platter. But I wisened up to the other girl's speed after the twenty second time she clobbered me over the head with the flat of Crescent Rose.
The arena finished shifting. I slowly pulled United free and skipped my usual flourishing. Crescent Rose mecha shift twanged out from somewhere in front of us. As they know what buildings to use as cover.
Clover stayed silent throughout both teams' preparation process. My .45 was pulled free of its holster on my thigh. Several of the new drum shaped mags clinked together on my belt as I completed the drawing of my other weapon.
My tail flicked as I eyed Clover who was on a pedestal to our right. The tablet scroll he was using displayed some nonsensical information. That I wasn't going to attempt to learn from my position.
Clover's posture was thick and heavy with military bravado. Everything about him screamed 'good soldiers follow orders'
He tapped his index finger on the screen a handful of times. "Begin," Clover ordered.
In his words we were off. Yang used her gauntlet and robo arm to disappear amongst the randomly generated rubble. Blake used Gambol Shrouds ribbon to climb on to the nearest roof. I followed her.
Throwing United into the white concrete building. The blade of my favorite weapon sunk into the wall around four to five feet from the ground.
I sprinted up to it and lept onto its hilt. The weapon bowed under my weight. Next I channeled the aura into my fist and leveled it with the wall. 'Hope this works.. If not I'll be nursing a broken hand'
I sent my fist flying and I was pleasantly rewarded when the building's wall let my fist sink into it. I grabbed onto United with my boots and began to channel more aura into my shoulder and arm. Next I pulled myself up with all my might.
United came with me as I launched myself above the roof.
I gained a few seconds of airtime, my nose barely scraped the oning when I passed the ledge as it jutted out two or so inches from the main wall.
I landed with a muted thud. As if someone dropped something onto carpet. I stuck out a hand hoping to catch my weapon. Though because this is my reality my sword clattered onto the ground a foot to my one o clock.
I glared at United for a brief second before scooping it up into my arms. Blake was a roof over and I leapt across the three foot gap onto another roof of a decrepit looking building. The one my fellow faunus was on. Her weapon is in handgun form.
I slid next to her and drew my own side arm. "Soo, Whatchu lookin' at?" Blake sighed. "No one at the moment."
I nodded along. 'She was being catty' as Yang would undoubtedly say. "I say we isolate Weiss, her utility isn't something I'd like to fight. On top of Nora"
Blake sent me a cunning smirk. Her ear flicked. "Well, our Ice Queen is-" She shifted Gambol Shroud into its sword form. Which resembled a janky katana, Blake peaked over the edge. "Is right there" The faunus girl's voice dropped to a minute whisper.
Weisses voice was quiet but also too loud at the same time. Seeing as Blake and I have detected her, Weiss wasn't stealthy enough. Or It was more Blake's acute hearing that sniffed the Schnee out.
I wish I had ears instead of a tail that betrayed my emotions. I shuffled closer to the edge and peaked over. Sure enough the ex-heiress was below us. Her rapier dust-do-hicky was at her side. And the dust chamber was glowing.
I leaned further to the point I was almost prone with the drop.
The snow colored girl is on her scroll having a discussion with Ruby. From the amounts of dolts the shorter girl spat into her scrolls speakers.
"I swear Ruby, this plan is the stupidest thing you've came up with!" I detected something odd in the timper of Weisses voice. "Blake get ready" I mutter as I slowly begun to charge Aura into my legs.
I also leveled my fully-auto .45 at the bickering girl below me. "Wait a second" Blake looked around when I spared her a glance.
"What?" I questioned. The other faunus girl opened her mouth to say something. But instead it was cut off by a boom. A high caliber rifle was discharged. Milliseconds after The shot rang out. I felt an extreme force collide in between my shoulder blades sending the air from my lungs and me careening over the ledge.
Blakes half panicked shout was heard as I lost the grip on my handgun. In my free fall my eyes met with a smirking Weiss and a charged Mynester waiting below.
Reflexively I channeled aura into my hand and grabbed a hold of a broken hold on the building. It arrested my momentum enough that I was able to dodge a blanket of fire that scorched everything below me.
I watched as my .45 fell into the torrent of flames and clatter onto the floor below.
My gun was undamaged. But the building was more or less. Completely melted through. Flames cackled on the interior. I looked down to Weiss who was maybe twelve feet away. And I copied what Qrow normally does.
I smirked and winked while I released myself from the crumbling wall. My aura absorbed all of the damage from the fall. Which left me at an undetermined amount. I brought Untied up in time to deflect Weisses thrust of doom.
What she wanted to do with her tooth pick I'll never know. I added insult to injury as I cackled as I dodged her next graceful blow.
I stepped back and swung united in a lazy arc. Which Weiss chooses to wisly not attempt to block. As it cleaved a few meters deep into the wall to our left.
I infused my weapon with aura. I cannibalized my own defense for a long range attack. It was devastating, but I figured if she wanted to use that much fire dust on me.. It was only fair that I showed her some of my tricks.
Weiss came in with another precise stab. One that I let my aura eat so I could trade a blow with her. My blade gritted against her side as hers chipped off my hip. Leaving us to shoulder check each other.
Which I won. I plowed through the Ice Queen like she wasn't even there causing her to gasp in pain and land on her back. I turned quickly on my heel and sent a good 'ol fashioned curb stomp onto the ex-heiresses ribs. Causing her aura to flare aggressively and Weiss to gasp in pain as all air was driven from her lungs.
I raised my foot to deliver another that was surely going to remove her from the round. But I was interrupted as a cannonball of yellow and brown swept me off my feet as it slammed into me.
Yang and I tumbled for a few seconds before we righted ourselves. Yang gave me an apologetic smirk as my eyes met hers.
My boots scuffed the floor as we stopped and I let Yang get down from my bridal carry that wasn't romantic at all. Which was unfortunate.
I watched Nora help a panting Weiss from the cold floor. I took this small pause to check everyone's aura.
Yang was at 65% which was impressive given who she was fighting. I had a 41% and Blake had a 88%
I watched as Blakes aura dropped slightly as another bang rang out amongst the howling of the burning building.
Blake was at 70%. She had the highest aura. On our team.
I pressed the mechashift button and United whirred into its scythe form.
Weisses Aura was at a shocking low of 30% Ruby was at 100% Seconds passed before Rubys dropped to 90% to 80% in quick succession.
I eyed the scoreboard Nora was at 82%. My attention faded from the board to the opponents in front of me and Yang.
Nora had her grenade launcher leveled at us. "Yang!" I barked. I jumped up and the brawler held out her hands in a classic Cheerleading launch.
"Roger dodger" The blonde smirked as my boots connected with her palms. Her eyes flashed red. The ground cracked as Yang used every ounce of strength she had to launch my lean frame.
Directly towards the salvo of heart painted grenades. I gritted teeth as I batted one off course and sliced another in two. The third I missed by a hair. My scythe arched back in a dangerous dance of blade to hook Nora's charging form.
United sparked off the unprepared girls' aura. I didn't stop at Nora. I activated my semblance and ducked just in time to avoid a heavy set blow. I let my semblance stay active as I charged at Weiss who set up a gravity glyph I didn't want to begin to understand.
I was too late as The girl all but disappeared from my sight. I found out much later that she simply sped herself up to unreal degrees.
When my invisible form was slammed into and all air left my lunges in one pained gasp.
"Weiss Schnee is eliminated from the round!" Clover helpfully announced. I took a peek at the board to see the Heiress at 11% and me at 26%
I had a split second to regain my breath before I had to counter Nora's assault. I gasped and let Nora's hammer glance off my raised polearm. I attempted to catch the ginger in the nose with a aura charged elbow.
But I stumbled as my attack met open air. Yang power slid under my open attack and raised her crossed arms to block my exposed side. I whirled around my hair flipping wildly from the shock wave the two units of women created.
Nora tried to disengage from the lock but I prevented her from doing so as United slammed into her lower back tip first after I used the momentum from my spin to add force. Yang kept the pressure on Magnhild.
Nora was pinched between United's blade and Yang's Ember Celica. I lessed the pressure letting the Pink Demon have the slightest breathing room. Nora took a mad dash from her impending doom and succeeded.
Yang dodged the sweep for her and I turned invisible and scampered off to find my gun. Leaving a low aura Nora to face a rather normal leveled Yang.
Nora was at 46%. I drained her a substantial amount while Yang kept the girl still. I expected Nora to take me out of the round. But I was spared by Yang's quick footed action.
"Blake Belladonna has been eliminated" I paused. 'What..?' My eyes snapped to the scoreboard once more.
Blake had an aura of 8% while Ruby had 50%. I figured Blake would've torn a polearm user like Ruby asunder because of her 'get in your face fighting style.
'But this is Rwby. I shouldn't be surprised at this point. But I still am' I shook my head and sprinted over to my gun's last known position. My finger threaded the shift lever for my weapon while I ran.
It took seconds to spot my beloved .45 stuck grip out from under a piece of charred rubble. I slid on my knees and scooped the gun up. My semblance let me become visible.
I checked over my gun to find it was simply dusty and slightly dented on one side. I pulled the slide back and a bullet flung out.
My .45 was in working condition thankfully. I shifted United back to sword form with my gun in hand I turned a begun the short treck back to Yang and Nora's duel. Which occupied Ruby as well. The two girls worked in tandem to beat Yang.
Nora's hammer was a blurr as it missed blow after blow on Yang's burning form. My girlfriends semblance was ready to unleash a can of whoop as. The sight sent a weird pulse of warmth through my being which willed me to push myself harder to close the gap.
Ruby puffed into rose petals to avoid flaming buckshot only to reappear just as I arrived. I blindsided the prodigy with torrents of .45 acp. It was a dust mix. So the rose themed girl had fire, electricity and other elements battering against her aura.
I watched it trickle in the short burst. From 50% to 45% to finally 30% when an electrically charged bullet caught her to the back of the head.
I watched in slight pity when Ruby seized with a scream. I didn't falter and continued to pepper her prone form with bullets. '26% come on!' my eyebrows twisted in irritation. An odd mix of fear and other unknown emotions trickled in my gut.
A memory of Hazel's electrified fist pinching my face graced my vision. Tyrians laughter filled my ears.
My finger faltered. With my bullets ending Ruby poofed into Rose petals again. Another image of blood flying and white petals flickering around filled my vision.
I screwed my eyes shut and held my up arm which happened to hold my sword to shield myself.
A force slammed into my raised blade. Another much larger red and silver bodied one blew it from my grasp.
I stumbled to the side. The room flickered from the dank cell to that of a open area training room.
Ruby pulled the trigger and used the recoil from her scythe to bring to back around for another blow. One that I unsteadily side stepped. My aura was at 22%.
I threw an improper punch which connected with the girl's middle as her black booted foot met my cheek.
"Shino Branwen is eliminated from the spar" Clover rang. I stumbled with the blow, my legs crumbled and I dropped to my knees breathing heavily. 'Wh-what was that'
My hair shadowed my eyes. As Ruby blasted off. Minutes of weapons clashing and what sounded like Yang unleashing her semblance echoed in my ears along with demented laughter and Summers grunts as blades met skin and punches cracked ribs.
I shivered. "Nora Valkyrie and Yang Xiao Long are eliminated" Clovers voice cuts through the laughter like a hot knife through butter.
"Ruby Rose's team won this spar. Gather yourselves so I can set up another please"
I scowled at my reflection in United's blade. "Gather yourself" I snarled. My reflection glared back. My teeth glinted slightly before I scooped my weapon up and sheathed it.
