Kyousuke begins to see his little sister in a forbidden light.

Like the divergence point in a visual novel, a small difference brings about unexpected results. Often, it is the little things that make the biggest impact. Kyousuke finds this out the hard way - or maybe not.

When Kirino is sick one day, what is Kyousuke to do?
