1st in Chiefs of Staff series; As far as timing goes, this is a post ep for Transition/Tomorrow; plot wise, I wanted to explore the who's who in the new administration and what exactly a day in the Santos administration is like.

Summary: (AU) Donna didn't go back to the Bartlet For America campaign. Five years later, Josh runs into her when they go to California to help Sam's floundering campaign.
