During the day they swam. That night they were tired.

The new girl at Samezuka has Rin a bit intrigued. Perhaps it's because she has those same ocean-blue eyes that haunted him from elementary school to Australia and back.

Feeling unwanted after a fight with Makoto, Haru quits the swim club and pulls himself away from everyone else in Iwatobi too. With no one else to fall back on, Haru starts to get close with Rin again. But Rin's not in the best state of mind either, after falling into the wrong crowds and habbits. Pulling Haru down with him, the two experience a relationship they will never forget.

After hearing the blonde in the midst of a terror, he'd woken him and made tea, forcing Nagisa to drink. What with the soothing atmosphere, even with Nagisa's hiccuped sobs echoing through the expanse of Haru's house, Nagisa had spilled everything.

Rin didn't mean to feel what he was feeling. The warm affection that rushed through him whenever he saw Haru always been ignored. Until Haru had left for a week long visit to his parents, and the space he had filled by Rin's side was a cold, empty hole. And Haru had never been one to reflect over his emotions, not until Rin said what he said, and Haru wanted to kiss him senseless.
