Though she doesn't intend for it to be, when Felicity tells Oliver the truth about Thea in spite of his mother's threat, it is an earthquake, shaking Oliver's world and tearing it apart in the process. The only things it does not shake are his conviction that Felicity won't ever lose him and his fierce love for and desire to protect his sister.
