He eventually grows mentally ill because of this, as he develoups a warped sense of what's right and what's wrong, therefore making him delusional. Izuku gets caught up in some things that are extremely dangerous. Dabi and Hawks try their hardest to keep her safe but, they can only do so much. It's up to Izuku to be strong and get herself through it. Though she'll need to learn to open up to her two closest people to get through it.

This story is about a girl from Canada who was forced to live in Japan by the Canadian and Japanese Government. Hiding her identity with the curse placed on her family and live her life at U.A. as a greenhouse and maintenance worker. All For All - Izuku Midoriya is able to manipulate an endless supply of quirk energy within their body, to craft quirks to bestow onto others. They can't control the side effects or weaknesses and can only give up to six to others. Although they can bestow quirks onto themselves, it's a very difficult process requiring a lot of patience and creativity. And Izuku has plenty of both!
