Lost Angels is a city and a county in California. Recently, crime has risen, it has risen greatly. Two organizations have successfully brought the police and the National Guard who came to kill them to their knees. After debating over what to do about the situation, a decision is made. Lost Angels County is closed to the public. No one is allowed in, and no one is allowed out.
