Fresh off of training and blasted straight to a campaign for the endless wars that rot the Imperium. How will this fresh conscript survive the horrors of war? A short story I wrote for a competition. Hope you guys enjoy it.

To stand in the forty-first and be unbowed is a grim proposal. To believe that the individual is stronger than the whole is a crime worthy of the fate it calls forth.
