Six months had passed since the Titans witnessed the death of one of their members and friend. The Tower mostly destroyed and the group dismembered. A new group of villains is forming and the Titans are forced to reform by Amanda Waller and the rest of the A.R.D.U.S. agents with the encouragement of the Justice League. The group must get past their loss and learn how to be a team.
