Set just before the start of the Bartlet administration, Donna helps Josh move into his new apartment, and learns some things about him. - I'm not usually a big fan of either Josh or Donna having strong feelings for each other right back at the start, but this felt right. Also, it gave me the chance to include a 'lightning bolt' moment - something that happened to me recently.

The Foreign Aid bill is in tatters and Josh is sulking. Danny Concannon is back in town and causing all kinds of trouble. Sam is in California, and Will's new office is full of bicycles. And Toby wants pie. It's a tough life for the White House assistants.
