High school AU. When Lenalee and Allen fell for the same person while in middle school, they went from childhood friends to sworn enemies. Listing themselves into the same club as their crush, who will get to the prince first? Be warned, there will be major OOCness. Yullen fluff, of course duh! Kanda is worried about his relationship with Lavi. warning for anxiety, self harm and suicide. i don't even know. it's very different from what i usually write, it doesn't have any dialogue so far (which i love writing, dialogues i mean) so i have to warn everyone, it may be a bit ooc, maybe should be considered as a bit of an AU

It's been nothing but peace in the nine months that followed the Akuma attack on the Black Order HQ. They finally had time to think clearly. Allen and Lenalee were finally able to realize something that their teammates had already known for a long time. It was time to think of their relationship as beyond friends. After the end of the Holy War, CROW decides it no longer needs the exorcists. And CROW is nothing if not efficient. When a weapon is no longer needed - it gets put away. And one by one, the exorcists get assassinated.

Lavi claims himself to be Bookman. Allen alternates between being himself and Neah. Kanda would press Mugen against Allen's neck when that happens. Lenalee doesn't like any of it.

Love is a battle field. Kanda knows that and he is ready to defeat anyone who will get in his way. He will not show mercy, even if its a girl, a boy or even a gay or tomboy but he never imagine that his rival could be something else. (I'll change my summary when I come up to something.) Ever since Kanda could remember he had lived at the Black Order Institute, a place for "special" children. Life there is normal and dull, but that changes when Kanda comes across a white haired boy he's been dreaming about for months. Secrets are revealed, evil unveiled, and Kanda will plunge into darkness to snatch a young boy from death's grasp.

He still dreams in colour, the only place now where he can see as he used to, but he knows that with every day that passes, every night he sleeps, even the vision in his mind is fading, losing its clarity and its brightness and, one day, leaving him in true nothing.

But then comes his bodyguard, a local police investigator by the name of Kanda, who's also hunting the Noah and the assassin Crowned Clown, who is Allen himself; what a mess this makes...

Kanda and Lavi go on a mission together and they have some issues with each other's names.
