Now he helps protect Link.

They will both be tested by fires of combat, and with the advent of the unexpected, Link's own resolve will be measured.

Sheik and Link meet amidst a burning Kakariko as Bongo-Bongo breaks out of the well, knocking them both out. When Link awakes, Sheik takes him to the graveyard keeper's shed and reveals that she's actually Zelda. But that's not the only revelation Link is going to get from the princess...
