Tohru has left the Sohma's to go live with her Grandfather. Yuki, Shigure and Kyo both feel that home doesn't feel right without Tohru and in her heart Tohru feels the same.

Two father figures deal with what it means, to have to hurt the children in their care, and to betray a trust. Because sometimes, apologizing for what you do isn't enough.

Kyo has a bad day and snaps at Tohru in turn this causes her to get a fever and he comes back to angry Yuki and apologizes before everything returns to normal well as normal as you can get in the Sohma household especially surrounded by people who turn into animals when you hug them. Tohru's little baby brother will have to move in with her and the Sohmas, without any parents, who will be his father figure? And will Kyo admit his love to Tohru? this is better then the summary, or at least I hope so. KyoxTohru pairing, rated T for future possibilities.
