In the 50th anniversary novel of F451, it tells you Beatty's background and how he owns books. This is my version of what would've happened if his fellow firemen found this out before his murder.

This is a quick little poem I hope you'll like, set before the opening scenes of Farenheight 451. It expresses some of the doubt I think has always resided in Guy's mind.
