16 years after bidding her farewell at the border, Haku found himself reunited with Chihiro at the banks of his river, close to death.

Chihiro finally gets a vacation to the beach. It doesn't take long before her trip goes wrong and a familiar face comes to her rescue.

"I, as a river, couldn't cry for myself. But she did it on my place". Haku remembers why he never forgot Chihiro's name.
