I remember the first time I had seen Haku as he truly was. His lithe body swimming in the sapphire sky, shimmering like a silver streaming ribbon. I recall my thoughts from that moment, I realized just how unreal he was. Like a fairy tale character that was just a hair's breath away from reality.

It has been ten years since Chihiro left the spirit world. Now Chihiro is sick. Very sick. All she wants is to see her other family one last time and tell the boy she once knew how she truly feels. But will time be on her side?

Chihiro, or rather Hiro to those outside of her family, has been living in America for over three years now it being 7 years since her visit to the Spirit World. She has given up on ever seeing the Kohaku River Spirit again and has tried to live her life accordingly. But, no matter how she tries with those around her, she can't seem to properly lock away those precious memories.

It's been 8 long years. During an awful storm The Kohaku River swells and breaks free of it's confinement. Will Haku be able to communicate with Chihiro now?

After packing many boxes she heads to the entrance to the abandoned theme park to collect her thoughts like she always did, but this time she gets drawn in, and finds herself seeing the very person she has missed all those years. She finds herself stuck there, and it may be where she takes her last breath.
