Undercover as a homeless man during his time with LAPD, Deeks encounters a friendly artist who ends up in the middle of a dangerous operation.

L'équipe est sur une enquête très étrange, le problème c'est que celui qui pourrait avoir des informations cruciales pour faire avancer l'enquête plus rapidement est en mission sous couverture pour le LAPD. Tous les personnages seront présents même si l'histoire est plus particulièrement centrés sur Deeks et Kensi.
