A story called "Huggy Bear and the Turkey" has to be good, right? Except it wasn't, most agree. This story has almost nothing in common with the original, except that it shares the same universe, main characters, and title. It was written it script format first, to ensure that it was of the same length as a regular episode, and then rewritten into narrative form for posting here.

Why does Hutch rarely talk about his family? This is my attempt at explaining the mysterious personality of Detective Hutchinson. Also I'm not a writer, nor a native English speaker and it was a real challenge to put this story out. I'd like to thank my friend Birgit who helped me with it and Caroline (Lapfordlass) who beta read it.

The tail end of a hurricane causes problems when a young boy goes missing. With a peak in flood water expected to overwhelm the storm drain system that the boy was last seen near, it's a race against time to find and rescue him. At the same time, Hutch is working up the courage to tell Mac about his experience with Forest's men. Set after SR, relates to The Fix. Future Series #2.

One of the major gaps in the canon, in my opinion: a story set at a racetrack.

This story bounces between the past with the Hutchinson and Starsky families and the present. Own characters and my view of what their past contains. My first Starsky and Hutch story. I like good criticism if it helps make the story better.

for the prompt: post-Gunther, it's hutch's turn to get shot, which turns starsky into a bit of a mother hen and also leads to love confessions whilst one of them is loopy from pain medication and the other is out of his mind with worry tw for mentions of violence, hospitals, medication etc

One partner is lost and has to find their way back. The other sits vigil.
