Why did Starsky shoot up the kidnappers' car and why did Joe Durniak pay for his father's funeral anyway? This story is my own explanation.

This came into my head one day when I found out there should have been an episode with Starsky being blind. I know it's probably medically so incorrect BUT I had to have things work out in the end and it was more about delving into the characters and their support system. Besides I loved Starsky too much not to have it end well. It's long I know but please bear with it and be kind.

Short AUfic: Ken Hutchinson works a 9-5 Job at his father's law firm and drives a beat-up brown car. He starts having some trouble with it, so he takes it to Starsky's Mechanic Shop to get it fixed.
